I want to do an in app purchase but it wont take out of balance just card. Help?
I want to make a clash of clans In App Purchase but it tries taking the money out of my card instead of the Itunes Bal. Any ideas on how to fix?
How do you know it is trying to take mone from your CC vice from your balance?

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you can use that - follow steps 1 to 5 half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

My daughter accidentally purchased something from an in app purchase, I haven't got the £2.99 in my account until tuesday, and do not want the in app purchase, my account wont log in now even to download free apps. How do I get my account to log in again and function properly, I shouldn't have to wait until I have a meagre £2.99 in my account again do I because I need the app store for other apps etc and updating, even if it is only 3 days I want my account back, I do not want nor did I give permission for the in-app purchase and would be happy for it to be returned/credited back so I can have MY account available for my IPhone.
Please can someone give me more information or let me know how else I can get my account working again, before pay day on tuesday.

Apple has refunded them every time and then I get an email from someone in India telling me how to restrict In-App purchases. It's apparent that they cannot/do not read the emails sent to them because I WANTED TO MAKE THE IN-APP PURCHASES.... I want them to download to my device also.... Apple is great at charging you for something and then playing stupid when an issue arises.... they acted as though I'm the only person having this issue.... 45 days and counting and still no resolution...

The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated. my apple ID is showing someone elses email address and not mine so when i want to buy or update apps it brings this other email address up. please can someone help how do i put it back to my email address?
First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone? -
