I want to download Elements 12 to a new computer. I have the key code but no DVD. Adobe Chat was unable to tell me how to do it. Does anyone know how to activate an earlier version (they're now at Elements 13)?

Download the PSE12 installer from Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10
Install then enter your serial number when prompted.

Trouble downloading Elements 10 to new computer

I am trying to download Elements 10 on a new computer. I have deactivated Elements on the old computer. I then went to My History and clicked on the download button and nothing happens....no message and no download.

Please follow the steps below carefully to download Photoshop Elements 10 :

2. Sign in with you Adobe ID.
3. Copy and paste the following links on the address bar one at a time and hit enter.

I have some problem to transfer my data via home sharing. (Maybe my internet connection is poor)
I tried to transfer all the apps and music via home sharing. When it's done, it showed the internet connection is time-out. (So sad )
So I want some people to help me about the methods to transfer datas from old computer to the new one.

you can't recover iOS crypted backup password, for security purposes. your backup is useless. sorry.
if you still have your old iPhone, make a new back-up

I've recently bought a new Mac, previously bought iWork online so I have a key code but now the trial is gone I don't know how to download it?!?

I purchased 5 codes online for my macs about a year back and now have another macbook pro which I would like to put iwork onto. However, the trial versions are no longer available so I want to know how I can get hold of a copy of iwork and put in my serial number withought having to purchase another copy of iwork. thanks.

I do have a copy of the trial. Unfortunately, my DropBox account was getting too much traffic so it's not available there for now. If you will send me an e-mail I will make arrangements to send it to you through a service such as You Send It. You will find my e-mail in the biography section of my profile page. I suggest you burn a copy to a CD or DVD and/or put copies on several drives for backups.
