Apple doesn't have full control over what they can sell in each country or region. The copyright owners control that.

I had the same problem. The fix I found was to open itunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT), click Edit, Preferences, and then the "Store" tab. Uncheck the box that says "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases". This got me running, but unfortunately I have a movie on the cloud that I now can't see.

Hi there, I updated to ML about 3 weeks ago I can not get in to my pps to download it again as when it was installing the first time I decided to skip the part where it said do i want to do the iTunes and iCloud thing. any suggentions how to go back and change that part or do I have to download it again.

Do you mean the name of the iPod? For example "John's iPod touch"
If you have iOS 5 or later, you can change the name from "Settings --> General --> About. Tap on "Name" and enter a new name.
With iOS 4, connect the iPod to iTunes, and click the name for the iPod in iTunes in order to change it. -
my iiPad mini is lagging to much after ios 7 upgrade. Please apple solve this issue. Games which are running smoothly in ios 6 lagging too much. This is the worst experience Apple

As far as I know the language of the two stores on the iPad (iTunes and the App Store) can't be changed - they should be in the language of the country where your account is based (if they aren't correct then try logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in).

Log into mac app store stated the amount left on my account. So, confirming itunes gift card can be used to purchase apps from itunes and mac app store.

I am not sure what you mean by "automatically". It will find your network but you will need to enter your password, assuming you have your WiFI protected. -

In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.
