Check Settings>General>Restrictions to be sure Camera, Safari and Installing Apps are set to On. If they are check all your screens and inside all your folders. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, or you don't have a backup, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device.

If you know the answers to your security questions then follow the steps on the HT5312 page that you posted from to change your rescue email address :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember the answers to your questions and can't remember or don't have access to your rescue email account then you will need to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account are to get the questions reset, before you can then use the above steps for potential future use.

I have 3g Iphone, and I had a bit battery problem last few days, but now it just doesn't want to charge. Can you please help me, to repair it?

Reboot your computer and the iPhone for starters.
If you're on a Windows PC, connect the iPhone and open your Device Manager. To do that, click your Start Menu and do a search for Device Manager. Or if you're on Windows 8, open the Charms Menu on the right side and do the search from there. Once in the Device Manager, go down to Portable Devices and click the small arrow to open the sub-menu. One should say Apple iPhone. Right click on that and try to Update Driver Software. If that doesn't work, you can uninstall the driver, unplug the phone, then plug it back in to get it to reinstall the driver. That might take care of it.
Are you able to get a hold of a different Lightning cable just to be sure it's not your cable? I've seen instances where these cables get bent or twisted, especially at the Lightning connector end, and the wire inside the sheathing breaks even though the outside looks fine.

Entire internal HD erased PLEASE HELP

When i was trying to creat a RAID with my main internal disk and another disk everthing was accidently deleted off the disk including the recovery HD partition. I first tried to boot the original Lion install disk but it would not boot. Then I was told to go into Internet Recovery but when i tried to restore from my backup, it said that it couldnt resotre (error 0). When i tried to install a new copy of mavericks it just said that it couldnt install and i needed to restart the installer application. Please help me find a solution to this to get my computer back up. Thanks!

remove the other HD leaving the orig HD that came
rebooting holding down command+option+r
once here, use disk utilty to erase your HD
exit DU then choose install the OS to this just formatted HD
you need to be in an area w a wifi network or connect an eth cable to your machine (faster)

Ipod and itunes completly erased please help

Okay so i just got home from being in the hospital and i plugged in my ipod to DL some new stuff. It said updating ipod do not disconnect. After it was done i went to the lbrary page and there was nothing there. I looked in my ipod and everything is completly gone! I had over 8k songs and i have no idea what happened .
PLEASE this is a cry for help someone please help me or just tell me what happened. I should be able to re-DL most of my songs but i am worried it will happen again.

Hi if your music is in the iCloud you can just sync over wifi i don't, use my pc since ios 7 you can do almost everthing over Wifi I have not used, pc for over a year. Cheers Brian

I have checked on the apple website and as the retailer is authorised it appears i still get my international warranty.

You've checked out the warranty and that is correct.
Aside from the keyboard/language everything should be the same. In the USA a person can buy the same MBP with a variety of different keyboard languages, but the MBP itself is the same, so you should be good to go. Enjoy!

When i logged in to itunes in the morning it started downloading the previously downloaded apps which i want to stop, please help me!

yesterday i downloaded dead trigger and asphalt 8 and transferred them to my iphone 5c via itunes downloaded to my laptop, but whenever i log in again to itunes store it starts downloading those applications again which i want to stop, how to do that by keeping the downloaded apps into my account?

Is this on your computer's iTunes ? If it is then do you have downward pointing arrow at the top right of the iTunes screen :
If you do, then does clicking on it open a popup window, and if it does do those apps show on it ? If they do can you select and delete them from there.
Not sure what you mean by 'keeping the downloaded apps into my account'. If it's that you want to keep them linked to your account then as long as they remain in your country's store and you don't change countries then they will remain linked to your account - you can't delete any item from your purchase history.

My hard-drive was unplugged & has been erased Please Help!!

My hard-drive has been unplugged by my dog walking across me one too many times while I work I guess. There are files on here that aren't in other places. Is ther anything I can do? Sometimes it doesn't even show up when I plug it in. Other times I get an option to initalize and then I can see this if I click it. But I have not done anything yet. Is there hope to recover it?
