I want to forget a network, but the "forget this network" option is not available. What do I need to do to get this option to show?

The "forget this network" option is not available on my iPod touch, can someone tell me what I need to do to have that option show.

You must be connected to the network you wish to forget. If you are, head to Settings -> Wi-fi and click the > next to the network you are currently connected to. At the top of the next screen is the button to "Forget this Network."

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

I changed my apple id but the apple id for icloud did not change on my mac. How do I get icloud account information to change and match my new apple id?

I have changed my apple id on system preferences under users and groups but the icloud preferences don't pick up the change.
I restarted my computer, and still no change.
I have been using icloud under my old apple id for mail calendars and notes.

Thank you Roger, your solution gave me the courage to sign out of Systems Preferences. The pop up told me it was going to delete my contact and other information from my mac, so I was hesitant to do that. Well I did as you directed and I was able to sign in with my new apple id and I did not lose the information the pop up threatened I was going to. So again thank you. It is the little things that make a big difference sometimes.

On the MBP, in iTunes, switch to Song view and enable the iCloud Status column by pulling down View > View options and selecting the option for "iCloud Status." Close the small window. Look for any tracks that have a status of "waiting." If you see several of them disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then open it again and turn iTM back on. Let it compelete the scan. Wait until all tracks that are "waiting" have a status of either "matched" or "uploaded."
On the iPad, turn off iTunes Match then launch the Music app and let the contents clear out. Power cycle the iPad for good measure, then re-enable the service once all the tracks in iTunes have been processed.

I have an old airport express, but the software on my computer does not accept it. I need to downgrade the software, but the older software will not install.

I do have a network with a airport extreme and want to add the old airport express to it. I want to do this with airport software, however the software tells me the airport express is to old and i need to reinstall older software 5.6 to be precise. However installing fails, so I thought i just remove the airport software, but osx does not allow me to do that.

i managed to install the older airport utility and am trying to set up a connection with an existing network, but airport utility cannot find the airport extreme AFTER it starts up again. I then went and again restored it to its factory settings and did the whole procedure again with airport utility, but again after utility tells the airport express to restart it does not come back.

I downloaded the accept all request for facebook but when I go to the game requests page there is no accept all button. What do I need to do to get this to work?

If you have firewall/anti-virus software running turn them off. With your iPad connected to your computer via USB and with iTunes open, once your iPad is recognized on the left side of the iTunes screen, look to the right and you should see a box that says Check For Software Update. Click on that and iTunes should start the process of updating your software. Please note that the process of updating to iOS 5 or higher is not a short process. It takes time, so make sure you have enough time and you can stay there with your iPad and your computer to guide the process.

The location of my hometown (Hysham, Montana) is off by over 50 miles ever since Apple Maps came out. I have been reporting off and on ever since but it has never corrected. What do I need to do to get this fixed?!

The location of Hysham in Apple Maps is off by over 50 miles and has been ever since the advent of the app. I have gone through the motions many times to place the pin the correct location. Unfortunately, no one at Apple seems to care if Hysham, Montana is plotted in the correct location or not. The location displayed in Apple Maps is quite literally in the middle of nowhere. If someone were to rely on Apple Maps to get to Hysham may very well end up marooned in the midst of muddy two track road in the summer or stuck in a snowdrift in the winter with little or no hope of expedient assistance. Other than the reporting feature in Maps, there appears to be no other means to report mistakes and there appears to be no expedient means at Apple to filter through reports and fix the errors. In sum, What do I have to do to get the location of Hysham fixed in Apple Maps? Much thanks!

You have done all that you can. Apple maps depends on 3rd party map data solutions. As problems are reported, they are reported to the data providers. How and when they decide to make changes is up to them.
You can also let Apple know you are disappointed in this via feedback at www.apple.com/feedback and click on the appropriate link.

My iPhone is telling me to connect to iTunes but the laptop containing my iTunes is not available so i'm using a new one. However it tells me to respond on my iPhone but I can't because it's locked me out.

Basically I was being cocky and I changed my password and now I can't get back in. I've tried to do it 11 times and now it's just telling me it's disabled and I have to connect ot iTunes. However, the computer that I ususally use has broken and it won't be fixed for a week or two and I need my phone so I downloaded iTunes on another computer and plugged it in but it tell's me to respond on my iPhone but I cannot because I have to unlock my phone to do that. Is there anything I can do. I have tried to go through Documents but it's not working. I'm bascially lost without my phone.

If you do not have access to the computer you normally sync with, it may be necessary to use one of these methods to erase your phone and remove the passcode:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

I want to download trail of Photoshop to see if it will do what I am needing... It made me download Creative Cloud and now it won't even open...... What do I need to do to get this free trial of Photoshop?

When I downloaded Creative Cloud it made me set up an account, download, verify my email. Now when I go and double click or right click and run, or right click and run as an administrator, Creative Cloud does nothing.................. I just want to download a trial of Photoshop to see if it will let me edit my images the way I need them done... If it works I plan on purchasing it because I will need to edit pictures repeatedly. It is quite frustrating when I try and download Photoshop and it makes me download this other thing to make it more "seemless" but then it doesn't even work. Now when I go to try and download Photoshop it just redirects to the Creative Cloud website and pops up saying it has to open something outside of Google Chrome. If I hit cancel, it does nothing (obviously), if it hit launch, it still does nothing...................... What am I doing wrong here???

Please provide your operating system details along with the version of PS you are trying to download.

Follow the usual instructions to change the login picture but it's still stuck on the one I took when I first logged into this machine.

Might try editing it in Address Book, if you haven't.
Did you reboot or log out/in after the change?

I got an error when installing Elements 13 that says, "The file archive part of Adobe Elements 13 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract." What's goihng on here? I get this when downloading the 2nd file for Win 8 64 bit

It never asked for a location to download either file....Also, has anybody figured out how to access live chat with Adobe? I'm thinking this option in summary of options available is BS as it's all grade out.

Requesting you to please go to https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us. When you click on download button (after selecting your OS details), it should open a new browser window (which will launch the Akamai installer automatically). Please cancel any installation or error shown.
The newly opened browser page will look something like this:
As highlighted, please click on these links (one by one) and see if it downloads the required files. The downloaded files will be compressed with 7z format. If you have some extracting tool (like WinZip) try extracting it. If you don't have it, download 7z. Its a free utility from Microsoft. Once downloaded and installed, you will be able to extract file and locate the PSE setup.

After downloading the a pop up box called Warning appears with saying 'The following disk images failed to mount' and below that there is a table that has Image with a Firefox 3.6.3 and another field called Reason saying Corrupt image. The current version of firefox I am using is 2.0.0.7
