I want to have different encoding levels on my iphone vs. laptop

I'd like to have higher level encoding on laptop than on iphone (for space purposes).. How can this be achieved with same itunes account?

"Headers" is short for "Continuing Headers."
Use a Header when you want recurring information on a series of pages in your document.
If ii, iii, etc. are page numbers, you can place them in Headers using Insert > Page Number, then formatting the page number to lower case Roman numerals.
For more on Headers and Footers, see Chapter 3, Working with document parts in the Pages '09 User Guide, available for download via the Help menu in Pages. Discussion of Headers and Footers starts on Page 54.

The free 5GB allowance is per account, not per device.
If you back up to iTunes, 5 GB should be more than enough for the average user.

These alerts occur due to timeouts or conflicts trying to write a file during download.
If you encounter this issue while while downloading something from the iTunes Store:
Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:
Mac OS X:  ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads Note: "iTunes Media" may appear as "iTunes Music. Also, the tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
After locating your iTunes Downloads folder:
Quit iTunes.
Delete the Downloads folder on your computer.
Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
Enter your account name and password.

Source monitor and timeline have different audio levels

When I bring an mxf file into the source monitor the audio of a file it is perfect at -12db but as soon as I bring the same file into my timeline the audio shoots up to -3db. I have checked the mixer and all levels are set for 0 gain. I did notice that the Source Audio format was 48000 Hz - 24 bit - 4channels and just below the Project Audio Format: 4800 Hz -32 bit floating point - 4 channels. Any help is appreciated.

Is it because in the source monitor you are only hearing one track but on the timeline you have a mix of all 4.

I have two monitors with extended display through windows 8.1 pro.
Pain is that same application is shown in both the taskbars reducing my multitasking space.

It's my understanding that "taskbar spanning" is a feature of the display card driver.
NVidia cards/drivers offer this feature (Mosaic):

I don't know if any other cards/drivers offer the feature.
From memory, the (NVidia) WHQL drivers supplied to MS for distribution via microsoftupdate, don't include the feature, so you should check with your hardware manufacturer.
AMD (ATI) Eyefinity *might* offer a similar feature.
I don't think any Intel IGA drivers offer the feature.

Can I have different Mail behaviour & Rules on iPhone and Desktop

I have a series of POP accounts. No, I am not able to switch to IMAP.
I have a Mac laptop running the Mail client and I have an iPhone. I wish to have my Mac see and download ALL email. What is happening is if my iPhone gets to it first, and I think if i read it first, the Mail client does not even BOTHER to download it.
How can I make it so that the Mail client downloads emails read elsewhere?
Second,
I do not want my iPhone to clutter up the inbox with some subscriber list stuff.
Is it possible to have rules so that the iPhone will ignore certain emails but without having those rules apply to my Mail client on my Mac?

The options to remove messages from the server after being downloaded with a POP with the iPhone's Mail client is as follows:
Never
After 7 Days
When removed from Inbox
Although it is possible to access a POP account with more than one email client, a POP account is from the dark ages with computing and exchanging email and is designed to be accessed with a single email client only. This is the nature and design of a POP account. One of the potential problems when accessing a POP account with more than one email client is only one email client at a time can check the incoming mail server for new messages and/or download new messages from the server. When a 2nd email client attempts to do this while another email client is doing the same, the incoming mail server will temporarily lock out the 2nd email client.
Not a problem with an IMAP account which is specifically designed for this very thing along with all server stored mailboxes kept synchronized with the server with each email client used to access the account.
I leave the Mail.app on my Mac launched and running actively checking my IMAP account for new messages while I do the same with my iPhone. Anything done by the Mail.app's junk mail filter and any Mail.app rules in effect to sort recieved messages by category to user created server stored mailboxes is reflected automatically when accessing the account with the iPhone's Mail client.
None of this is possible with a POP account which is designed to be accessed with a single email client only.
The iPhone is an extension for your computer, not a replacement for and Apple can't change the industry design for a POP account.

I would make a queue: if they have the save priority level, first in and first out. this is easy to do by ArrayList. however, If they have different priority level, I would like make the Jobs with the highest level first out.
How can I implemented this idea in Java?

I have my old iphone 5s and recently I bought a iphone 6. What I want to do is to use same apple id on both of them, but I want to have different apps and media on them.
I plan to use the iphone 5s as my 2nd phone, so I do not need same apps/music/movies/books on them. Any tips how I can keep them different? Every time I sync I have to manually select the books and music I want to have on my phone. I want to create two different profiles for my phones which will have different apps, books and music.
I do not use icloud, so that is not a problem for me.

You could also right-click your song file or files that need to be louder, and then click on Get Info (right-click menu) then in that window click on the Options Tab, and there is a volume adjusting slider.
Its what I use to raise the volume on my videos.

Welcome to the Apple community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add a new account by tapping the "create Apple ID" button. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
