i dont want to transfer info from one to another computer but just install like its brand new to my new computer
You either use the download file or CD (if you bought a CD) and install it on the new computer.

Are you getting activation errors? As Ned stated , it is easier to troubleshoot if we have the specific type of error and error detail that you are getting.

I recently bought Lightroom and installed on one of my computes. I wanted to instal the program on another computer I have, using the same serial number I already bought and I'm not alowed as it says that the SN is not valid. What shall I do?
It is possible that you downloaded the Creative Cloud trial of Lightroom. The perpetual license key will not work. Uninstall the version on the second computer, this will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files.
Download the appropriate version from the link below and install, your license key will be accepted and everything will be fine.

I have licensed Lightroom 5.6 and my serial number. I want to install it on a new computer. I can get nowhere using Adobe site as it is all Creative Cloud related. I never had to use CC before. All I want is to install my already purchased Lightroom on new computer (without deactivating on old computer)
you may as well install the later lr 5.7.1 rather than 5.6 and then updating.

I have a 2009 21.5 iMac with malfunctioning internal disk drive. I lost CS2 when I upgraded to OSX Yosemite. I want to install Lightroom. Can I transfer the Lightroom 5 software to an SD card and then download from that to my computer?

Can I uninstall a cloud program and install it on a different computer?
I installed Prelude on a work computer mainly because I had never heard of it and didn't know what it was, so I wanted to see... now that I know it is video related, I actually need to move it over to our work computer that is dedicated only to video work. I know that you can install the cloud programs on up to 2 computers, but I also do quite of bit of work for the office on my home computer, so I don't want to have my second copy of Prelude hanging around on a computer where I will never use it. I'd like one copy to be on the computer I use at home for work and one copy to be on the video computer at work.

If you have Lightroom 5 Subscription then you can install and activate it on 2 machines. You just have to download Creative Cloud Desktop apps from the below mentioned website and use your Adobe ID and password to activate.

I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 about 6 months ago. I want to install it to my new computer which is a Macbook Pro with no CD Drive. How do I install it when I got it in CD form?
I doubt the license is affecting the performance - it might be a case of the software being too old for the machine.
In any case, you can contact Adobe support thru chat and have them reset your activation count to eliminatre your doubts regarding the license.

Security warning wants to install certification for a remote computer
Every bootup, before opening anything, i get a Security Warning that a "oracle" certificate wants to install for a remote computer to access my machine. I always click no, having no idea what this is, and I certainly do not want to allow a remote computer to access. I have screen shots of the details but I don't see how to attach a jpg here. I've searched the registry and startup items and nothing resembles my issue. Please note this does not occur when opening IE or FF, but as soon as Windows loads the desktop screen, as if the registry is triggering this cert.
Many thanks. I am somewhat experienced in editing the registry, and know where all the 'run' and 'runonce' strings are located. I have searched them all. I have also searched the reg for terms used in the security warning. I've run CC cleaner, malwarebytes, norton security, and two online security sites, and they call come back normal. No problems.
But I reboot and there is the warning, telling me that an Oracle certificate wants to install to enable a remote computer access. Of course I click NO, but I cannot find how to kill the beast. -
want to install Indesign on my new computer but am having trouble. First bought CS2 in 2009 and upgraded to 7.5 in 2011. I have the serial numbers for both and was able to use it on my last computer. I don't use Indesign that often but there are some projects that it's good for. Where do I start?
