When i put in the charger it doesnt charge. The actual charger works because i tried it on my brothers phone it work but it doesnt work on my phone. I want to know if i still have warranty on my phone.

Is your phone still covered by warranty? If so, go to your nearest Apple store and depending on what happened, this may or may not be covered by warranty. If it is, then you can get a replacement exactly as the phone you already have.
If out of warranty, then there is nothing you can do and you'll have to pay.

The album which the song has been listed under (on the song's page) is listed in your library under that album. The song is then removed automatically from the first album

Purchasing a new song or album will not affect any other song or album in your library.
In the case of the two albums you mention, if you purchase them both, you will have the same song (different copies) in both albums.

I really don't think that they have any interest in your data. They most likely plan on wiping the phone in order to sell it.
If they do restore from a backup, they would have to restore in Recovery Mode because it has a passcode on it. But that can't happen anyway because if they synced to a different iTunes library it would not have any of your backups.

Be careful, when you connect the iPhone to your mac, unless you have saved the photos. Synced photos may easily be accidentally deleted by syncing again. And do not enable iCloud Photo Library (Beta), that will erase synced photos as well. Synced Photos are not included in the device backups.
Set your iTunes Preferences to "Devices > Prevent iPos, iPhones, iPads from syncing automatically". Otherwise iTunes may launch and sync your iPhone with an empty iPhoto library the moment you connect it.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sync the synced photos back. Apple recommends to mail them back, but that would be a lot of clicking (iTunes: Syncing photos - Apple Support). You could also share them to a Shared Album, but a third party app like TD recommended, will be better.

The charger is covered by the same one-year from date of purchase warranty as the iPhone...take it to an Apple store genius bar for examination and replacement.

I have the original warranty that comes with the purchase of my 4th gen iPod touch. When I was getting out of the car, it fell out of my coat pocket and fell on the concrete. I didn't notice any initial damage at first. The only problem is that there is a dent in the metal in the upper right corner and a little of the black band between the metal and screen chipped off but no pixels, cracks on screen, or hardware is damaged. Do I still have warranty even though nothing was seriously damaged?

I think throughint it out would fialte the users right to the broken hardware. I thin Apple would just contact the person saying the repair/replacement is not covered by the warranty and would yu like to pay for an out-or-warranty repair. If that is declined, Apple will send the iPod back.

I had the same problem and took my iPhone 5 into the Apple store. What happened was a little embarrassing. The genius took out a "special tool" (a paper clip) and began digging out an unimaginable amount of lint from the lightning connector port. After that I was able to connect the cord and charge without any issues.
A few days after, I realized that my problems associated with the remote/mic not working on my ear pods might be due to the same issue. (The volume and action buttons on the ear pods sometimes were not responsive) I grabbed a paper clip and began digging. Again, a large wad of lint came out of the headphone port and my ear pods have worked perfectly since.
