I want to know what changes is iTunes going to do to my Calendar or Contacts, before I apply the syncronization.
I use an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.4. I sync with iTunes 10.7.0.21 on a Win XP sp3 Computer.
I sync always manually. I have configured iTunes to "warn when any of data on my computer is going to be changed".
When I press "SYNC" iTunes warns that "7%, for example, of my Calendar is going to be changed".
But it doesn't say WHICH Calendars records is going to change.
How can I know what changes are going to be applied ?
And how can I decide which changes to accept and which not ?
Or, at least, is there a log file to see what changes have been applied, in order to correct any mistakes ?

I'd imagine they should be filed under the artist name in your My Documents>My Music>iTunes>iTunes Music folder, so try there first maybe.

Once I've done that how do I find the music on the cloud on my phone/ipad?Go to Settings > General > Usage, select Music, then Edit. There will be a delete option there. How much is the charge ? Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

You did not ruin the phone, you will need a sim card to activate the phone and then connect the phone to itunes and do a restore from back up.

I want to know what is the portion that the others take up space on the Ipod touch when you connect to Itunes. Just wondering what that is
Other can be Album Artwork, Notes, Contacts, Firmware etc. or in the case of iPods that can be enabled for disk use Other can included files that are on there if you are using the iPod as a removable storage device.

That's exactly what it does, refresh your contacts. As an example if you add a contact on your Mac or iPad and you use iCloud to sync them altogether, then this can be used to refresh the contacts on your iPhone.

It looks like you have got an Early 2011 or newer MacBook Pro, so you can use 16 GB of RAM. You can buy more RAM at OWC or Crucial. Remember that you cannot upgrade RAM in MacBooks Pro with Retina display
In case you have got a Mid 2010 MacBook Pro, you can only install 8 GB of RAM -

Couple of points u need to aware.
There are two ways of Constraint checking in ODI (PK, FK, Condition, NOT NULL etc) using CKM.
FLOW_CONTROL: If u enable this in ur IKM all the constraints checking will be done at I$ table (before target table loading).
STATIC_CONTROL: If u enable this in ur IKM all the constraints checking will be done at TARGET table (after target table loading). In this case u need to DISABLE the constraint first and once STATIC_CONTROL is done then u need to ENABLE it.
So all the violated/errored record will be moved to E$ table in both approach.
