Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
If the iPhone will not turn off, try to reset it.

this sounds like a problem possibly caused by malware on your pc. please go to ''firefox > addons > extensions'' & remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, things that you have not installed intentionally, don't know what purpose they serve, etc). also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes] & [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ adwcleaner].

When I select view Apple ID the screen turns white

I'm trying to change my credit card info in my phone so I go to iTunes and app settings and then select Apple ID and view Apple ID then the screen turns white and it stays like that. How can I fix this?

It sounds like your account info screen is not loading correctly on your iPhone 5s when you try to edit your billing. I would start by signing out of the iTunes & App Stores in your settings first. Then quit all the running apps on the device with this:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone, sign back into your account and test the issue again:

Did you re-download them on the second date from the main part of the store instead of the Purchased tab ? There is question mark in a folder that is blinking. When I try to boot up in a gray screen. What do I do?

What version of OS X are you running?
If it is Lion or later you do not have a OS X DVD in that case you will need to boot from the recovery partition.
Hold the command and R keys down while starting your machine. See OS X: About OS X Recovery

My iPhone 5 screen turns green when watching videos or using FaceTime

When I watch videos or use FaceTime on my iPhone the screen turns green and I can only hear the sound. I have reset and turned off as suggested but still no joy.
Any other suggestions? This just randomly started happening one day.

Now I'm going to have to go off and write a program that selects a random string from a file to show on startup!
(I'll probably fill the file with all the Arch snapshot names)
EDIT: I should mention that you're silly because you managed to get me following a random compulsion.
EDIT AGAIN: Done! I now get a random snapshot name in that spot whenever my system boots. I can post the script if anyone wants it, it's three lines.
EDIT ONE LAST TIME: Oh wait, three lines and a extra file full of snapshot names.

Sorry, but what do you may by "why I have a balance"? What "balance" are you referring to? Do you mean that the iTunes Store shows that you now owe them money? If so, did you account for any sales taxes when you calculated that you had sufficient balance on your card to cover the purchases?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
