Open Contacts. Got to File in the menu bar and select Export as PDF...
The file will be saved to your desktop, with a name like Contact and..... You can double click this to open it and print it.
(This procedure is more reliable than using File / Print.)

  • 6280 - Printing /Viewing Contacts on my PC

I have recently been swayed into making my first Nokia purchase and have just bought a 6280 version V03.6. I am using PC Suite V6.80.21. The 6280 is faulty and needs to go in for repairs. This means I need to temporarily use another phone until I get mine back. (vodafone won't swap me a new phone cause I have had the phone for 24 days, which is outside the 14 day no questions asked warranty period). My temporary phone is one I have had for awhile - Sharp GX30. Obviously the 2 phones don't sync and that OK, but I do need to print out a summary of my Nokia contacts and have them with me for 5 days until my 6280 is returned. I have 400 contacts in the nokia, all painstakingly typed in 1 month ago. I need to view my nokia contacts on my PC while the phone is away being repaired. I would also like to print these contacts in summary form so I can at least carry a hardcopy.
Does anyone know how to do print a summary list and also view contacts when the phone is not plugged into the PC? I am using Windows XP Professional V5.1.2600 with SP2

Why don't you syncronise the contacts from Nokia phone to Windows Address Book (if you don't have say Outlook or Lotus Notes, you should have Windows Address Book). If you open syncronise button in PC Suite it should let ou select Windows Address Book as the place you syncronise your contacts. From there you can view and print etc.

  • When printing a list in Address Book, how can I select more than the default Attributes and keep them selected when I print again? I want to print ALL information for contacts so I have email address, notes, phone, company, title, etc all on one page.

When printing a list in Address Book, how can I select more than the default Attributes and keep them selected when I print again? I want to print ALL information for contacts so I have email address, notes, phone, company, title, etc all on one page. I don't want to have to check off an additional 5 or 6 attributes each time I print out contact information. Is there a way to change the default setting for printing lists, so it is not just "phone," "photo," and "job title?"

I have a user who wants to do this same thing. I did not find any way either to default the attributes to anything other than what you see the first time. Seems like such a trivial thing, hard to believe they do not allow it. I did find a program for this called iDress but I can't seem to download it from any links on the Internet. Not sure if it is free or not, but it was recommended by a link on the Mac support site.

  • Backed up by iphone. Just downloaded icloud to my PC. Accessed my account, I want to print hardcopy to contacts.

I backed up my iPhone to I cloud.
downloaded I cloud to windows 7 PC
I want to print out my contact list.
    How?

    Hey EmilyEliza,
As you are clearly aware, it is important for you to have backups of your important data, including all of these photos you are currently keeping on your iPhone. While it is possible to use iTunes or iCloud to do backups of your iPhone, the problem becomes how to access those backups if you have deleted the photos from your iPhone. Once you have done the backup and then removed the photos from the iPhone, the only way to access the photos is by restoring the backups to the phone. See this article for information about backups made from the iPhone -
Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
If you want to easily access the photos once they are off of the iPhone, another approach to this would be to import your photos from the iPhone into an application on your Mac, such as iPhoto. To learn how to do this, use the steps in this article -
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support
Once those photos are on your computer, it is still important to back up those photos to somewhere else, so you can be sure of their safety before removing them from the iPhone. Your Mac’s Time Machine application is one method of doing this -
Mac Basics: Time Machine backs up your Mac - Apple Support
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    Happy computing,

  • HELP! Different colors in Single print vs Contact Sheet print

Aperture 1.5.1, G5, 10.4.8, Apple 30" display, Kodak 1400 Dye Sub printer, Canon 350D, shooting RAW.
I have a few pictures and I want to print them. They are baby pictures so picture a little baby in standard issue baby yellow tee shirt and wrapped in baby yellow blanket.
I select four pix and go to print images. In Single Images I set it up as Kodak 1400, Color sync profile Kodak 1400 Glossy, no color correction and changes in printer settings. I then do a preview and the images are prepared and displayed in Preview and they look fine.
With the same four images, in Contact Sheet I set it up as Kodak 1400, Color sync profile Kodak 1400 Glossy, no color correction and changes in printer settings. I then do a preview and the images are prepared and displayed in Preview and they look like ****. Baby's yellow cloths are blown out to almost white. The off white wall behind mother and baby is blue.
I've tried several setups and tweaks and I always get the same result. One print on a page looks great, contact sheets look like ****. It's like the contact sheet setup is using completely different color settings than the single sheet setup.
Unfortunately you can't morph a working single sheet into a contact sheet. They have to start from different places (create new single vs create new contact)
HAs this already been discussed and fixed? hopefully?

  • Can I Print a Contact Sheet of Photos in a Calendar?

I'm making personalized calendars for many different people.  I don't want to put in the same photos I had in their calendar for 2011.  Is there a way I can print a contact sheet of the photos I had in the 2011 calendar ( I still have it saved in Projects), so I don't use the same photos?  It's very tedious going back & forth, back & forth as I creat each new calendar.
    Many thanks.

  • How can I print a contact sheet with a repeated row of images?

    Hi there,
I am hoping that it is possible with my version of iPhoto to print a contact sheet on which I need to have a row of 8 pictures that then repeat down the entire page.
I understand how to set the slider for the number of "rows" across the page. But, how do I then get these 8 pictures to repeat on the same piece of paper?
I am an art teacher...need to do this for a project for my class!
thanks for any help that may lead me to success...
    peace,
    Robin

A contact sheet can only put each photo once on the page. I can't think of a way to do it in iPhoto.
I was able to do what you describe in Photoshop Elements. If you have access to that program you can give it a try.
In Photoshop Elements, open all 8 photos.
    Choose File->Contact Sheet II
Source Images Use: Current Open Documents
Thumbnails: Place across first, Columns: 8, Rows 1 (Use Auto Spacing)
Uncheck "Use Filename as Caption" unless you want the names.
    Click OK.
You then need to move the row of photos to the top of the page with the move tool. Then while holding down the option and shift keys, use the move tool to drag copies repeatedly until you've filled the page.

  • Want ONE copy printed of an Excel sheet - printer wants to print 72 pages.

I'm trying to print ONE copy of an Excel worksheet (HP 4500, all in one printer) I've tried numerous times and different ideas, but it STILL wants to print 72 copies (and I keep having to cancel printing, but can't get the problem solved.)

I hope you are doing well other than this issue, Judye
What excel version are you using?
    Perhaps you can try this;
Open the Spreadsheet with the data you need and hold down the Ctrl key while highlighting the area of the document you want to print out.
GO to Page Layout go to Print Area button andSet Print Area… .
go to Print Titles…  I think  is the last option on the ribbon but I can be wrong,
click on Print Preview. Now you should be able to preview the area that you are trying to printout.
You can actually add by selecting the area and using add to print area option.
Let me know if this helps if it does not please let me know and be more specific i will do my best to assist you.
    Best of luck

  • Printing a contact sheet in LANDSCAPE mode

In ye olden days of iPhoto when you used the print command it would format your photos into a contact sheet in a "landscape" layout (you don't need a degree in physics to realize it makes a more efficient use of a sheet of paper!). Now, when you use the same print command it formats them into a "portrait" layout (lots of wasted space). And there is nowhere to set the layout to either landscape or portrait (like there was in earlier incarnations of iPhoto).
Since MOST photos are taken in a landscape fashion, this makes no sense that you cannot choose this layout type. Normally, I'd chalk it up to Apple's toy-like amateur software, but the fact that this obvious function was available in earlier versions makes this excuse moot.
So, how do you format your contact sheets in a landscape layout?

Someone else just recently asked the same question. Since then I found a way to do it.
1 - in another application bring up the Page Setup window and create a custom size that's 11 inches wide and 8.5 inches in height.
*Just determined that Step 1 is not needed.*
2 -in iPhoto select the photos you want to print and hit the Print button
2 - in the first Print window click on the Customize button.
3 - in the next window click on Print Settings button.
4 - in the next window select Custom as the paper size and set the width to 11 and height to 8.5 and click OK.
    5 - click Customize again.
6 - in the next window set the number of columns and other settings.
7 - Click on Print and go from there.
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 6 and 7 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
