Im Erwin, from Philippines.. I want to purchase iphone. and i have a question to all especially to the apple compny..
following question:
1. can i purchase iphone to use in the philippines? because i heared that only one telephone communication to use which is the AT&T.
2. we dont have here in the philippines AT&T, only Smart and Globe Communication network.
3. can I open line the Iphone? or can i buy iphone which is open line already?
open line means--> can use all networks
4. can i use iphone with different network not the AT&T.

I have a new iphone and want to purchase ringtones from itunes. Itunes is asking answers for security questions I did not set up and I can't answer them. How do I get past this to be able to purchase. I can purchase songs on my MAC and sync but itunes doesn't give the option to purchase ringtones on the MAC, just the iphone.
If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I share my iTunes accont with my kids. Many of the songs that they purchase, I do not want in my iphone Library, and I don't want them to play when I have my phone on shuffle. How an I remove unwanted songs from my phone library withot affecting their devices?

I want to purchase an ipad 32gb in the larger size buy have read many bad reviews that they have problems staying connected to wifi. I don't want to have to buy a data package so I only want the wifi one. I already pay apple for my iphone data and I can't afford more money. Where? Regardless, there are always going to be a handful of people having some sort of issue with any given device, but I would not therefore assume that you would be one of them. -

No worries. Apple will continue to support your phone. By "discontinued", they just mean that they are not selling new ones anymore. You will still be able to get IOS7, you will still be able to get support and service, you will still be able to buy apps and music, use FaceTime, Mail, Messages.....
Nothing has changed except that you can't buy a new one....

I have purchased iPhone 5on 13.02.2013m in BAHRAIN from authorized distributor fono of AXIOM, Dubai.. It is supply from Dubai.
This I purchased again exchange offer of my OLD 4S. In my OLD phone, Facetime was working nicely from Bahrain and I used to use it to talk with my son in Australia. Now in iPhone 55, it is not there.
I want facetime in it. If not possible, I want to replace OR return. Pl advise
Jayant JoshiFacetime is permanentely disabled from all phones legitametely sold in KSA and UAE. You will not be able to get FT working even if you are out of the UAE. Contact the seller to see if they will accept the phone as a return. There is nothing anyone here can do. This is between you and the seller.

I purchased iphone in London one year back. Then i shifted to India recently. Now when i want to change my credit card detail in itunes, i get an error message that This card is not valid in UK. But i am no more in UK now. In the same page i edited my address but itunes does not change that details showing the above error message.
So you are trying to change the account from India to the Uk right...? Cause it wont accept UK card if you're trying to keep it for India...

Are you checking from within the Apps section of iTunes on your computer? Is there a reason you can't download it directly to the iPhone?

I bought a ringtone on my old iPhone 4S and now on my iPhone 5 I tried to download it for my ringtone and when I hit buy it says I already purchased it and asks if I want to purchase it again. With anything else it just downloads free. It won't simply download. Any pointers to get my ringtone back?
Your ringtone will only be where you put it.
You get one download.
If you have failed to transfer it from your iphone to your computer, then do so. You can then sync it to your new iphone. -
