when i use internet explorer I get an irritating message saying internet explorer has stopped working, which is driving me mad so I will not use explorer any more I am trying mozilla firefox, there is a function in explorer that I like which is a favourites bar below the row of open windows below the address bar can this be activated in firefox thanks PC.

As far as the Site Advisor add-on - with add-on Toolbars your results will vary depending upon the Toolbar add-on. Some Toolbar developers do a minimal job and their product isn't as customizable to the extent that Firefox provides for; where other Toolbar add-ons were done the "right way" and they are as customizable as the default Firefox Toolbars.

You need to create a DCIM directory off the root of the card, with the photos underneath it, and the photo filenames need to be exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension i.e. in a similar format as if a camera had created/written them. But a lot of USB memory sticks need more power than is supplied to the kit, so you may need a powered hub between it and kit.

Want to put URLs into a custom field in the requirements

I tried to put some code into a custom field in Empirix eManager. I was trying to add a URL to the requirement where the person could see more information. Specifically, we have use-cases online and a mockup of the final product to be developed. I wanted to put a mockup URL and use-case URL for each of the requirements where appropriate to help the developers further understand their task.
So, I did added something like this into the custom field when creating the test case:

Unfortunately the javascript didn't execute because the eManager application put the whole command in as a string. What displayed is exactly what you see above. I'm sure this is done for security reasons so that cross-sight scripting is protected against. However, I'm not trying to do anything suspect -- just trying to link things together.
So I went to the database for our project in eManager. I could bypass the security coding that disallows code to be placed into the field by adding it at the database level. However, when I got there it became evident that I didn't know the datamodel well enough to successfully add a field value there without possibly causing some problems. In the past I've only queried the database and not any modifications.
Can someone tell me how a custom field value is inserting into the database? Which tables does it need to be added to to maintain referential integrity? Or alternatively, do you have a document with the schema outlined? Are there any important stored procedures we'd be missing if going directly at the database. Can anybody advise me?

If you created a customer field in OXK3, I am afraid that the customer defined field created is only
available on G/L account line items but not Customer or Vendor line items(The field is not available on SAPMF05A screens 301 and 302).But it is possible to use it in fast entry screens SAPMF05A 8xxx (see note 2596).

Sorry, The only way to get an account is by using a credit card but after you put it in and finish completing your account you can take it right off and Apple won't mind, they just don't want to many peple creating account if they are never going to use them.

How does one add compilation CD's already mixed by the same artist. I want to put them in their OWN spot under the artist and I want to NAME the album. Is it possible? Or am I just out of luck. I've tried everything.

Indeed, generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers.
Don't try to use sort fields to merge different things together as it quickly goes wrong. These should be used consistently to make all things with one value sort as if they had a different one, e.g. Bowie, David to make David Bowie sort under B.

HT6114 Can't save downloads to existing files?? In the "save as" box I use the little "search" window to locate where I want to put a new file but when found the location file does not operate. And dropdown menu says "save to online acct"

When I try to save an emailed-to-me document to an existing file on my hard drive by using the little "search" window the recipient file is inactive and does not open to recieve the document I want to save (nothing happens when I click on it and it's a subdued color).
If I click through my files manually by starting on the desktop and working my way to the location of the recipient file I can save.
This takes a lot of time and is DRIVING ME CRAZY!
Please tell me I've just missed something obvious that can be fixed in a jiffy!?

OMG!! It also happens when I try to open a file from inside a program like Adobe Reader. If I use the little corner search window all the files are inoperable.

I can't download apps! Every time I try, it asks me to chose a security question and I try, but I just comes up with a blank screen and I can't choose a question. If I click no, I don't want to put security questions, it doesn't install the app. HELP!

1) Quit App Store in multi-tasking.
•From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
•Tap and hold on the app.
•When it starts to jiggle, tap the red ⛔ in the top corner to close it;
***Please close all open apps on your phone***
2) Tap Settings.
3) Tap Safari.
4) Tap Clear History.
5) Tap the Clear History button.
6) Tap Clear Cookies and Data.
7) Tap the Clear Cookies and Data button

Greetings..my 15"MBP crashed. I pulled hard drive and have it available as "external drive"..with all info intact. I am currently using my 17"MBP, which has really been acting up in iTunes..many of my songs are showing the dreaded "exclaimation mark"..still don't understand how this occurs. BOTH computers are almost carbon copies of each other, so I just want to copy tunes from 15" hard drive to my 17" working computer, to try and rescue all these "lost" tunes. Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

If by 'Allfiles' you mean 'All My Files' then what you see is correct. The All My Files option under Favorites shows all the files in your user folder. All your documents, music, movies, pictures, everything. Under the View menu you have an 'Arrange By' selection that can arrange all your documents by what kind they are, by what Application owns them, or by name, date, etc.
Since this isn't what you want, unselect 'All My Files' and choose the folder you want to see. BTW, those items under Favorites are user adjustable. You can drag a folder into that blue area under Favorites to add it to the Favorites and you can remove one by holding the Command key and dragging it from favorites into the desktop. You'll see the icon change into a cloud and when you release the mouse it will disappear.

I choose the photo calendar "formal" lay out and I can't do it, however in the "Travel" lay out you can do it. How can I mix both lay outs?

You can't. Send a feature request to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html.
What you can do is join two or more photos together using a 3rd party image editor and add that to one of the frames in the calendar page. If you have Pages you can join photos together, save as an image file and the use that.
