I want to receive all emails a specific user sends and receives

Hello,
I am a SysAdmin of a medium-sized company, and for different reasons, I would like to configure/implement what the title says.
I would like to receive all the emails a specific user sends and receives without him noticing (even the ones he is CC'ed).
Is this possible? If so, how can I do it?
Note: we are running Exchange 2010.

I kept all my site-specific user IDs and passwords in the "notes" section under Organize Bookmarks. I can't find Organize Bookmarks any more, and the Show All Bookmarks doesn't have this feature! HELP!

Many sites require me to set up an account, and all have differing requirements for user names and passwords. In the old Firefox, in the Organize Bookmarks section, when you look at any bookmarked site, there was a place at the bottom (More...) where you could write notes to yourself. I used this space to write down my username and password for that site. Since I only visit some sites annually (to renew membership, etc or pay annual dues) I can't remember the passwords or user names. PLEASE tell me I haven't lost all that information! If I've lost all those passwords and user IDs I'm royally screwed! Thanks

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

iTunes will only give you the option to copy your iTunes Store purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads and including iTunes purchased songs and in some cases, videos and games) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. I use Senuti but have a look at the web pages and documentation for the others too. Delete you mail account on the phone and disable to sync your mail account in the info pane in iTunes with your phone connected, same for contacts. Also deselect photo syncing in the photo pane. After the following sync, your mail, contact and photos should be gone.
Photos inside the camera roll have to be deleted on the phone.
Remember, that apps only can be used with the account they were bought with. If the phone will be set up with a different iTunes account, all of your apps will be removed.

I'd like to send an email to a specific group of users base on events. I know about the NotificationAgent sample program and how it sends email to document owner and modifier. So, I'd like to extend this to be able to send email to specific users based on the event. Do I need to extend DirectoryGroup or ExtendedUserProfile?....

no, you don't need to extend DirectoryUser or any other iFS ClassObject to accomplish this. you just need to write an agent that works in a similar way to the NotificationAgent. instead of sending an email to the document owner, you can send an email to any user you want. you just have to decide which user to send the email to, based on your business logic.

I am OK with that approach, but need to pick based on email subject.
I have seen one of my previous project where if i send an email with "PI Process" subject then it was picking processing in PI.
But i am not recollecting exactly what to do to get the same.

You would need to first create the form ( or Widget in EchoSign) first to generate a url which you can paste it in the email being sent to customers. You would need to make sure you have a Document Cloud Enterprise Premium account in order to create a Widget. If you don't have the account, you can use the trial version to test it. You can't "fix" this problem because you can't sync email messages from the Mac mail app, you can only sync your email account settings. Messages will not sync using iTunes.

If I print an email after it's sent, it prints out Subj, from,date,to and text info. I want to print all this info before I send, not just the text. How?

If the account is an IMAP account, delete all email received from this person with the email client on your computer used for accessing the account, or via webmail access for the account using a browser.
There is nothing that can prevent receiving an email. If an IMAP account, you can create a rule with the email client on your computer to delete all email received from the email address.

How to select all emails from the same sender

I have been pulling my hair out with this one, what i want to do is select all emails from 1 specific sender and delete them, because my inbox is completely chocka, is this possible in mail.

There are multiple ways to achieve this. First, you could click the From header in the mailbox in question to sort by sender, then just click the first message from the desired sender and shift-click the last message. Second, you could do a search using the search bar, limiting it to the mailbox in question and searching only the From field using the buttons that appear when you start typing a query.
