The Cd of installation is broken, I installed the online version, I introduced the serial number but this is incorrect. What do I do?

Make sure you actually downloaded the correct product and language version. For anything else you will have to contact support by web chat or phone.

You will need your serial number. If you have the discs you should be all set. If not, then you should be able to find it thru your Adobe account online if you registered the software previously.
You might want to contact Adobe Support thru chat before you activate the new installation if you would like to free up the activation that might have been left in limbo.

I want to run adobe creative suite on a macbook pro - which one is most suitable - i do want portability so i am looking at 15' and 13" - please advice

Which programs are you going to use in CS5? Some are more intensive than others, particularly Premeire Pro, After Effects, and Flash Builder. Everything else shouldn't give you a whole lot of trouble. I would get the 15 if possible, since it is quad core. That will help out quite a bit. If you can, boost it up to the i7 for even faster performance and hyper-threading for 8 virtual cores. Boost your memory to 8GB (use third party RAM), and you will be screamin fast

I am trying to reinstall my creative suite 3. I insert disc and cannot find the setup.exe file. It is just reading content. I am sure it is an easy solution I am just so far out of the design and computer world that I can't figure it out. I am running windows 8. Thanks for any input!

If you have Windows 7 Pro you can try to install CS3 in XP mode.

Often you have to start by using the Adobe Cleaner tool first to remove all the Adobe applications:

How do I reinstall my Creative Suite 5 Design Premium without getting an error message?

I recently uninstalled Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium from my old computer (Design Premium CS5 & Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro components) so that I can put it on my new computer (Windows 7 Home Premium).
At first I forgot to uninstall Acrobat and tried to reinstall on my new computer at which an error message came up, hence I realised my mistake.
Now that all components have been uninstalled, after installation on my new computer I get the below error message appear:

the other cs5 programs are not mentioned in the error message but, check to make sure they are all working.
