I want to renew ExportPDF

I have been asked to renew my annual sub to Adobe Export PDF. I am being directed to a mass of different websites, none of which appear to be exactly where I should be looking. I have never heard of Creative Cloud before. I only wish to renew ADOBE EXPORT PDF. My email addresses are and. pls advise.

I got the following email from iTunes Store today:
Your subscription for iTunes Match expired on 11/14/12. Your complete music collection and playlists in iCloud are no longer available from your iOS devices, iTunes, or Apple TV. You will still be able to download from iCloud any music you previously purchased on iTunes from the Purchased area of the iTunes Store. You can also sync your music to your iOS devices using iTunes for Mac+PC. To renew your subscription now, open iTunes on your Mac or PC and choose Turn on iTunes Match from the Store menu.
However, when I turn on iTunes Match from the Store menu, it behaves as it always has (as if iTunes Match had never expired), so I have no idea how to actually renew my membership. I've tried turning iTunes Match off and on several times, but it never takes me to any sort of order/renew page. I've also tried signing out/in on iTunes. I definitely want to renew, but for some reason the Auto Renew did not go through (my payment details are fine, as I am able to purchase from the iTunes Store without a hitch).
Any advice? iTunes Match actually seems to be working fine, but I don't want to wait for it to actually die before renewing.

However you also have the option to change the plan to

2.Monthly payment with an yearly contract for 29.99AUD

See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy. As long as you copy your entire library over to the new/rebuilt computer your devices should sync with the library and will be backed up on the first sync. If you really want to backup the device backups see this support document iTunes: About iOS backups and backup the device backup folders, then restore them into your new profile.

They need to change it. Updating mine to iOS 6 "broke" it. It only goes to the "Connect to iTunes" page, but iTunes doesn't even read the iPod anymore. I have to get a new one.

He doesn't want to auto-renew. That is not the same thing as being forced to cancel your account as you are actually suggesting.
Is there seriously no one at Adobe with any understanding whatsoever of customer support or customer satisfaction?
We should WANT to own the software because we respect Adobe and like the products. NOT be forced into it because of Adobe greed.

You can cancel your membership after payment for month 12 has been taken if you don't want to renew for another year. Your month 12 payment is due on 15th June so you can cancel anytime after this date and before 15th July. You will still have access for that period.

After that first year, you'll be paying the standard rate for Creative Cloud Student & Teacher Edition (24.99/month - as long as you lock in for a 12-month contract).

You have posted the request to cancel your CC subscription twice in forum, in another post of yours I had requested for your confirmation to cancel the CC purchased on September 2013. Since you have requested it again, hence I have cancelled the CC, you will not be billed again however you can use it till October 16th 2014.
