i have an account I haven't logged into in a while and can't remember the password.....I usually would go to "tools" then "options" but now there is no "Options" option under tools....how do I retrieve the password?

You can set the browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes pref to 0 on the about:config page to get the about:sessionrestore page immediately with the first start after a crash has occurred or the Task Manager was used to close Firefox.

Updated to the 7 version. Under contacts there is no option for adding Notes. How do you get it back?

I updated to the 7 version. When you add a contact now, you no longer have the option for adding notes. Also all the apps I purchased are no longer on my desktop. The apps are shown under settings but I do not see where you can add them to the desktop.

I see notes under "add instant message" when you are setting up a new contact. Notes appears between "add instant message" and "add field" . Perhaps you didn't scroll down far enough. This is on my iPhone 4 so I don't know about other phones.

When the browser opens, I want to be able to open all my open tabs from the last session or have a blank home page if there weren't any tabs to reopen. How do I set the homepage to do that?

When Firefox starts up I would rather have a blank page for the homepage if I didn't have any tabs from my previous session to open up. There doesn't seem to be an option for this. The choice is to either reopen last session tabs OR blank page but does not seem to allow for "if no last session tabs, then open blank page" If it does, then please tell me how.

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.

A Pages (.pages) document is only viewable with Apple's Pages application on the Mac, or via Pages for iCloud beta. You should export it to either MS Word (.doc/x) or PDF. The Share menu will let you do this directly into a Mail attachment.

You buy one and only one download.
It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
Certainly you did not update your ipod without making sure that you had transferred anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and included it in your regular backup copy of your computer.

You need to go to the website of your email provider, only there can you change your password, or let them send you a new one to a different address. Thunderbird can't help you with that.

The Adobe mini Flash test program on your site says it not enabled or Active X is enabled - not true - all is set as it should be. I have gone through your forums but to no avail. Try using Firefox. Flash usually works on Firefox when it won't on Safari. I noticed that the Safari does not show the same version as Firefox does. Iwonder if that could be the problem. Safari on the left shows 10.1, Firefox show 10.3
