My children received a message from i'Tunes saying you have to answer some of the security questions. Strange? She was using the same I'Pod .. She answered the questions whitout talking to me.... I after recevied an e-mail saying my birthdate and security questions have been change.
WHAT I WANT TO DO: I want to verify those questions and changes but the answers given by my daugher don't match with the 2 questions I have to answer.
In my ID gestion, when I click ''Envoyer un courriel de réinitialisation des donnés de sécurité'' it indicates an e-mail has been sent concerning security information but I did that many many times and still haven't receive this e-mail.
What ca I do? I want to make sure these questions received by my sister have nothing to do with hacker...

It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

Call Apple Care for your country and the 1st tier agent should be able to assist you or transfer your call to the Account Security team.

I cannot receive any text messages from friends and family with an IPHONE.

You can't change the settings for receiving text messages to "send as SMS". This works only for sending messages from your device to other phones that are not using iMessage.
Friends and family have to change the settings on their iPhones, if they are trying to send iMessages instead of SMS to your phone number.
They can also try to delete your contact info from their phones and add it again after that, once you've sent iMessages between iPhones, the number is remembered as an "iPhone number" by the device until you delete it from the contacts.

My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.
