Thanks!No, they will all follow the default setting. If you want them all to fetch, for example every 15 minutes, then set it to 15 minutes in Fetch. I only mentioned the other if you wanted to leave one for manual. I have an account on my phone that is a POP account that I get mail at home from. I let my home computer get this mail, but when I am out of town, I pick it up with the iPhone. That one is set to manual.

I am sorry but this isn't something that you can set. The system has timeouts built into the code.

How can i change the settings to have a prompt massage when I want to download a duplicate file
When I download a file, if a same file name already exists in the same download folder, firefox downloads the file and renames it by adding numeric (1) to the file name. I want the firebox to give me a prompt when same file already exist, rather than automatically renaming it by adding suffix (1)

If I downloading loads of books in one folder , and if I click to download a book that I downloaded a few minutes before I would like to firefox warn me that I already downloaded this book instead of downloading again the same book and putting on the end (1) or if I download it again (2).
I would like to prevent me from a double download.

Where can you choose the destanation folder for your music??
It automaticly puts it in MY MUSIC on the d: but i want it on de C:The normal place to put the iTunes application is inside Program Files on your system drive, normally C:. The usual place for your iTunes library is inside your profile's music folder. You can put an iTunes library anywhere you like, but if you're not putting it in the standard location then I would recommend you move it to the root of your chosen drive, e.g. C:\iTunes.
If the library is consolidated, that is all media is inside the iTunes Media folder which, in turn, is inside the main iTunes library folder, then move the iTunes folder and all its contents to your new location, then hold down shift as you start iTunes, click Choose and browse to the new location.
If the library is not consolidated then consolidate before moving, or if that isn't practical due to the duplication that would occur, move the library folder & reconnect as above, then relocate the media using my ConsolidateByMoving script.
If you only want to redirect where new music goes (leaving the library where it is) then edit the location of the iTunes Media folder under Edit > Preferences > Advanced. You can also consolidate existing content to the new location after editing if you wish. (Not an approach I'd recommend BTW)

Mail: How can I change the view on incoming messages?
For some reason I can't read right across the page on incoming messages. Only way to do this is by dragging the whole window across.
I've tried changing view/textsize but no joy. People tell me that they can't read right across on messages I send them.......... Can anyone help please?
Problem has only just started......The other option is that the incoming mail maybe in a format that doesn't match how your Mail account is set up. Does this only happen with email from certain sources, as happened to me?
The way to crack it is to select the message by highlighting it in the Inbox list, then go to Format and if it's available, select 'Make Plain Text'. There may also be an option to 'Make Rich Text'. Either way, it should tell Mail to read the text in a different way and so wrap it to the frame size of the message window rather than having the line disappear into the distance. If this fails you may have to open the message by double clicking on it and trying the same thing again. -
I have both Photoshop 4 and Photoshop 6 on my computer. When I am in Bridge and want to open an image by double clicking, it automatically opens in 6. I see, when I go to "open with" 6 is listed as "default" How can I change the default to open an image with a double click in 4?
You can associate files from the Bridge level and the Desktop level.

For sideloaded content the nook pulls the metadata from ePub file itself. I would suggest looking at a program like Sigil or Calibre that will let you edit the metadata in the book to make it appear like you want.
For the PDF vs ePub - No, that's the way PDFs work (think of them as graphics, not text), wheres ePubs are Web Pages - so no you can't them to behave exactly alike without converting the files. -

If this question is about TextEdit, I don't think you can do it in TextEdit, after pasting the image. TextEdit is meant to be a basic text editing program.
You will have to open the image file in an image editing application. You can use Preview for doing this, or something more fancy. If it's Preview, just open the image file. From the menu bar, under Tools, select Adjust Size. Make the image the desired size. Then, select (outline) the portion of the image you want in the Preview document window. Copy it, and paste it into the TextEdit document window. -
