there are Apple-authorized resellers in Egypt, such as the Tradeline Stores in Cairo. Is there a particular reason that you would prefer to buy directly from Apple rather than through one of their authorized Egyptian resellers?

When your data (everywhere- computer, phone, pad) deleted you normally restore it from back up. Find if and where you backed it up and restore from that backup.

Apple considers jailbreak a misuse of product. Any Apple.com site will refuse to support.
If you bought it with jailbreak intentionally, you made a mistake.
If you found out only after purchase, get your money back by returning it.

I right clicked an chose "create mp3 version" but some wouldn't becuase I bought them, and are protected AAc Audio files. What can I do to burn it as an Mp3 or am I screwed? I've chosen to burn them as an Audio file, but my cd players work better if they're set as an Mp3 format.

My Iphone does not want to charge with laptop. What can I do?

Last August I bought Iphone 4S and i am currently in another country for the summer and I wont be back until september which meqns my 1 year waranty is over and my Iphone is expreincing problems with speker sound and it wont charge with laptop. I am afraid that if I go to a local apple store they wont accept the Iphone due to the waranty. So what can I do? please help and thank you.

Does the iPhone charge when connected to the power adaptor?
Are you connecting the iPhone direct to a USB port on the computer - not being connected to a USB hub of any kind?
The local Apple Store can and will run a hardware diagnostic on the iPhone to determine if this is caused by a hardware problem at no charge regardless if the iPhone is no longer under warranty and purchased in another country.

Internet Explorer keeps braking in when I don't want them. Very irritating. What can I do to stop this brake in?

When I try to export a photo my IPhoto shuts down and sens messages to Apple about it. What can I do. It is not the newest version.

My app has been deleted and it wants me to buy it again, what can i do?

I bought Fifa 12 for my Iphone probably 5 days after the app was released. I enjoyed playing the game and had gone quite far on it. When the recent update was released i had trouble downloading it and eventually tried to download it on my computer because it was too big to download through my network. When i went to try and sync the app onto my phone i noticed that it had gone and wasn't on my list of apps or on my phone. I tried to re-install the app but when i went onto it , it is asking for £3.99 to buy the app but I have already paid for it?

You should be able to re-download it for free, as long as it's the same app and you are using the same iTunes account as you originally used - does it show in the Purchased tab at the bottom of the App Store app on your phone or in the Puchased link on the right-hand side of the iTunes home page on your computer's iTunes ?

When I go to whatismybrowser it says I am not uptodate but when I check updates it says I am I have snow leopard. but I cant open certain things on sites I use daily where others can see the missing items and photos what can I do

I know you can not update Safari only with Snowleopard but the photos on sites I uses daily just have ? in them but all other users are able to see without issues

Believe it or not, Apple is still issuing updates for Snow Leopard, it's true that Safari isn't version 6 like it is on later OS X versions, but it's still recieving security updates as Snow Leopard still has more that 25% of the OS X version market share still. It's just Apple doesn't announce the Snow Leopard updates past 10.6.8, which we are currently stuck at, so that website doesn't know.
So that website isn't entirely correct, and neither are they correct about Java 6, Oracle and Apple are still issuing fixes and Apple maintains Java 6 for Snow Leopard users.

1: Very possibly slow down your machine
2: All your PPC based software will cease to function and other software will have to be replaced/upgraded for more money.

Since I don't know what your machine is, if it's a laptop then I don't recommend any later OS X version than 10.6.8 if it's earlier than a 2011 machine.

My last laptop crashed (pc) and I saved the harddrive but I was unable to export as .html file, just have long, several hundred list. I don't want to export one by one, what can I do?

My last laptop (os vista) died, all I could save was the hard drive. I was given an old spare by a friend (os xp) but my favourites are in one folder (plus the several subfolders I had arranged them in) which I've transferred, however the folder is not a single .html file. Rather all of them are arranged as their individual urls. There are hundreds, how can I import the lot? I don't have the time to do them one by one.

The photos are on the ipod. Photo sync will erase them. I need a way to extract them from the ipod, or to.extract them from the ipod backup that is who knows where on my PC.
I've been searching for an app to do that with no luck. They all seem to want a newer OS than is on my ipod yet I have the most recent update installed.
