I want to sign in using apple id password and altho i have changed my email address on the settings, the old one comes up on the box on the ipad when trying to update all the apps. so putting password in no longer works, as its the address. how fix ?
Signing in using the apple id password to update and purchase stuff thru apple store, gives the old email and am unable to get into the apps store, etc...to change, update and purchase stuff. when using password it won't work, as the email is wrong, yet in the box doesn't appear a place to change the email. would have thought as it changed, days ago - it would change to the updated email.
how do i access the stuff ? thanks

After trying to update all in app store the icons are just staying on waiting position and noting happens
I have posted this quite a few times and some of these suggestions have worked for others in the past. See if anything works for you.
1. Tap the "waiting" icon and see if you can pause it. If it does pause, then tap it again and see if it will resume. If that works, repeat the same steps for each "waiting" icon.
2. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
3. Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
4. If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
5. You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again. You can also dete apps in Settings>General>Usage>Storage.
6. You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.
7. If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad. -
When trying to update my CC apps, the update fails. I get this error: Update Failed. There was an error installing this update. Please try again later or connect customer support. This is currently happening for InDesign, Photoshop and Bridge. I had this problem previous and was able to fix by doing a complete wipe of my computer and reinstalling CC. However, I should not have to wipe my computer clean everytime I need to do a CC update. HELP!

this is a mere adobe bug - they changed the installer & it wont support installation on windows 2000 system any longer. adobe doesn't seem as it is going to fix this bug, see [https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3120661].

please note that mozilla firefox won't support the windows 2000 platform any longer after the release of version 12 of the browser & the system is no longer supported or kept up to date with security fixes by microsoft too. in order to keep your computer & personal information on it safe you may consider upgrading to a newer system. -

My ipod touch version (4.3.5) has a problem. When trying to update my device to ios 5.1, i backed up my device and clicked "Update." but when i did, several pop ups appeared and i clicked yes or continue, but no cancel. Then, when the pop ups stopped, something else popped up and it says"backing up ____'s ipod" but that took like 5-12 hous to complete! And when it finally finishes, nothing happens. My ipod is the same, and nothing has changed. Am i doing something wrong? please help me! By the way i am using a pc not a mac. And now my ipod touch just says "Sync In Progress" And in the slide to unlock it says "slide to cancel" :|

Wrong apple ID on the login window when trying to update a purchased app
I can't update my purchased app even the free app as well. When I tap on the update button, it shows the apple ID as "[email protected]" on the login box. But that one is not my apple Id. This happening the app I bought from AppStore. I have already reseted my password then I did sign out and sign in restarting my iPad. Please give a solution.

Have you tried siginng into your won account in Settings>Store - you can sign out of Mr. Jobs account there and sign in with your own. You can also do this in the featured tab of the App Store in the bottom left corner of the screen. -

my guess is that you are not connected the internet, thats why the iPod is unable to complete the update.
Try connecting to the net and the updates should be done in a few minutes -

Unknown error message when trying to update or download Apps?
Hello! I have had no problems till now, and have been happily downloading and updating for 9 months. Yesterday I received an unknown error message when I tried to update an App on my IPad 2, and have since been unable to update or download. Have tried closing down and restarting, changing password, and usual things. Any good ideas? Does this happen often? Everything is working, I simply can't download from App store. Each time I try to update or install new apps, I keep getting asked over and over for my Apple ID. I enter it correctly and then nothing happens.
Settings app > iTunes and App Stores > {appleID} > sign out, then sign back into your ID.

Error that password was entered wrong when trying to update or install apps
ever since updating my first generation ipod touch to 3.0, I have been having so many problems downloading app updates. I keep getting the message that I entered my iTunes password wrong and to enter it again. But i'm typing it correctly. When I sync to itunes, and try again, it works. But leave the wireless network and come back, the error happens again.
Anyone else having this problem?I know exactly what you mean. I just got my iPod Touch on June 15th (last Monday), and just updated to the iPhone 3.0 software. Ever since this update, my AOL account (which I have been using for at least 5 years for my other iPod, which was the old 30GB video iPod) is not functioning correctly from my iPod Touch. It worked a few days ago, and I went to the lengths to BUY the update to 3.0, only to realize that it would just cause me more grief. If there would be a way to revert back to the old version, I would be grateful to find out. Even if I am out of $9.99, I'd rather have the old version back, or get Apple to get with the program, to at least notify everyone (in advance would be nice *HINT HINT*) that is using an AOL account that it can no longer be used, or even better, FIX THE PROBLEM!!! (You can tell I'm a bit angry, no?)

Noted there were duplicates and triplicates of events
Had a One to One - unable to answer this
Advised to back up iPad before updating it
Backed up iPad to laptop then attempted to update but got an error
Advised to convert iPad to original format then use the recent back up to get back pictures
However all pictures were not recovered and the journals are gone
Journals were uploaded to icloud- are they not still there
Nobody can advise me how to access them in icloud?
And if I can -can I down load them back to my iPad
