I want to speed up acrobat 9 by control the plugins

Question

it's too slow to open files,especially had many plug_ins installed like pitstop.
i think nobody like to pay about one minute to prepar openning a PDF for just viewing.and it use almost all the CPU resource in this time.
as a little program deed, the "acrobat reader speed up tool", it makes some plug_ins disable and real speed up both acrobat and acrobat reader. so i tried to delete all the "plug_ins" folder, then acrobat really ran fast very much and even faster than other all pdf readers in my memory.
so, could u share a list of all functions about the plug_in files in the folders "plug_ins" and "plug_ins3d", then i can choose which i need for work?
in the other side, do u have any idea that let acrobat start running without loading the unnecessary plugins, and these "unnecessary" plugins can be loaded by command when the time comes, and free the system resource after task? just like photoshop plugins.

thanks! it's better now.
is this mode able to change to the entire mode when running? i imagine running acrobat in this "shift" mode at first to check the file, if something be found that need to be correct, then  i change the mode that plugins available, and turn back to the "shift" mode again after correction, and the file will not be saved and i can easily return to the last change during this task.
