Our senior Pastor keeps is schedule on the calendar in his iPad. He needs it to sync with his assistant's iPad calender so they agree when he is out of the office and out of the country. How can this be done smiply?

It's possible, but the fact that it is possible does not imply that it would be practical.
You will have to completely re-configure the Time Capsule each time that you change locations, because you are changing networks.
It would be much, much easier to simply add a hard drive at home and backup the Mac to that drive.

perfect. ok do the following:
settings > mail, contacts, calendars > go into the exchange account. You should have an email in the account field...[email protected] or [email protected], etc.... I am assuming you don't remember the password to this exchange account so once you know the email, you can go to email providers site and click on forgot password and you will go through the steps to get a new password. Once you do this, you will need to go back into your "exchange account " and the field that has the exchange email > touch the > to open settings. Change the password to your new password you got from above. Once you do this, you can add the exchange account to your ipad and all of your contacts will sync to both devices.
Please confirm.

You should be able to accept this message, it will cause existing music, photos (not camera roll) and videos (also excluding those in camera roll) to be removed and replaced with those from this computer. All other user data on the iPad will be unaffected.

If you mean using iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud on your iPad (requires iOS 5 or higher), sign in with your Apple ID to create your iCloud account, then turn on the data you want to sync with iCloud. Is this a copy of XP that came with his computer? If so, that would be your problem. You need a retail copy to get the full benefits of Windows. OEM discs are designed to only work correctly with the computer they shipped with.

Select each one and Force Quit it.
But be careful there are many processes that are run by the OS that if quit will cause problems possibly even crash the system.

Bare in mind that Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the same music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

The Devices Headings is on the left gray sidebar of iTunes when iTunes is running on the computer and the iPad is connected. I am using a very old version of iTunes but the sidebar is still the sidebar.
Here is a screenshot of the iTunes sidebar. I am at work and can't connect my iPad here but the Devices heading will be on the left side - under where it shows the Library, Store, Shared, etc.
If you don't see the iPad listed there - it is not being recognized in iTunes. Maybe you should look through this for help if the device is not recognized.

You can delete the backup without any problem. Only the backup will be deleted from iCloud and nothing else will be deleted, so you can do it without worrying about losing data on iCloud or your devices
