I want to text my friend overseas. Her apple account on her phone is her dad's. If I were to text her number, would it go to her dad as well?

My friend and I both have iPhones and have iMessage enabled.

I see there's an option in messages "Receive at" and into "Caller ID" you can have just your phone number checked. Would that prevent my messages going to both?

You won't lose the photos from your camera roll or from the other albums on your device. The photo stream album will disappear though and be replaced by photo stream from your new ID. if there are any photos in the photo stream album that you wish to change before changing your ID, you can save them to new albums before doing so.
Go to the photo stream album and view it in the photo sheet view (thumbnails), click on the small rectangle with the arrow in it, in the top right-hand corner, then tap to select the photos you wish to save. Once you have selected all the photos you want to save, tap the save button at the top of the screen and create a new album.

You need to create a user account for your wife (or yourself depending on who has the current user account). When syncing, each of you should sign in as a separate user, login to iTunes and then sync. I had this problem when my sister got an iPhone. When we did her initial sync, everything on my iPhone showed up on hers. Apple gave me this solution.

Remember - if you bought any apps with another ID you cannot update them with a different ID.
Try changing the ID in the App Store. Tap on Featured - swipe to the bottom of the screen - tap on the ID in the bottom left corner - and see if you can change it that way.
If that doesn't work, sign out of your account altogether, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
I guess I should ask - what ID is it coming up with and why is it coming up with that ID?

Open Settings -> Store
Tap on the Apple ID shown and sign out. Then sign in with your own Apple ID.

How did she change her AppleID?
If she simply updated the AppleID (not created a new one with a new email address), log out then log back into iTunes store.

I understand that you have an iPhone from your friend that is still associated with their iCloud account. You will need to disassociate the iPhone from your friend’s iCloud account in order to resolve your issues:

I basically got this phone about 2 weeks ago and i cannot download or update anything . I would mind it asking for my sisters apple password but she doesn't know it so how do i take it off ? It will ask for mine then a few seconds later it will ask for hers . In my settings everything is signed in as me but i just don't get why it still ask for her apple id. I have logged out and reset all my settings and it still ask for her apple id. If i can figure out how do i get her password ?

Any apps that she downloaded onto the device are tied to her apple ID. They cannot be transferred to another account. To update those apps, you would either need her password, or you could delete the apps and download them using your own apple id.

Several ways. Easiest it probably copy whole iTunes folder to a different location. Start iTunes while holding down the option/alt key, select the iTunes Library.itl file in the duplicated folder then delete what you don't want.
Yu can also create a new, blank library using the above method. Export playlist from library 1, restart iTunes with library 2, import playlist.
I don't have iTunes Match. I'm not sure how it will react to a second library.

If both have Apple devices AND both have data plans, why don't you message each other using iMessages instead of regular SMS?
iMessages get sent thru the TCP/IP Internet rather than the cellular network so they are essentially free (other than any data cap you may have, irrellevant if the iGadget is connecting via Wi-Fi).
