I want to transfer photos from Droid phone to Mac?

I want to transfer photos from Droid phone to Mac?

Ooooo.  I think I can help here.  If you use your cord.  Look at the top of the Android screen where you will see an icon showing the USB.  Slide your finger down so you see USB connection and press.  Change it to Windows Media Sync.   Click OK.   If you don't want anything to happen, change it back to Charge Only when you are through.
This may allow IPhoto or Finder to find your photos.  If Not, I've sometimes had to restart the Mac.  Use Import on Iphotos.  Sometimes it will show the Droid when the Finder won't.

How do I transfer photos from previous phone (not an iphone) to my iphone4s?

You need to import the photos with your computer, or transfer the photos from the phone to your computer followed by transferring the photos to your iPhone the same way you transfer any other photos on your computer to your iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process. This is selected under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.

Yes, unless you are connected to free Wi-Fi.

  • How can you transfer photos from one phone to another

How can you transfer photos from phone to phone

If you are trying to get all the photos from an old phone to your new phone, you could sync the old phone which would create a backup containing your Camera Roll. Then connect the new phone and follow the prompts to register and name your new phone. You will then be given the choice of restoring data to your new phone from a backup of the old phone. This will replace any existing data on the new phone with the data from the backup so it's really the best option if the other phone is new.
Another option would be to connect the phone to your computer and import your photos to iPhoto or the My Pictures folder. Then you could sync the other phone and under the Photos tab in iTunes you could choose the folders/albums of pictures you want on the phone. They will not be in the Camera Roll, but they will be on the phone.
    I hope this helps.

    you could try this:
    http://www.android.com/filetransfer/
there's something called "Airdroid" on the Play store (whatever that is)
or if your files are on an sd card, you may wish to use an sd card reader. Just plugging it in via USB might possibly work. There's also something called DoubleTwist (basically iTunes for Android, which will allow you to
sync your music , photos, videos, etc
hope one of these works for you

  • Can I download photos from droid phone?

Can I download photos from a droid phone to iPad?

Depends. If you have the camera connection kit you can try importing the photos from your phone to your iPad. However, if your phone is like mine, it won't work. The camera connection kit needs a very specific naming protocol. For it to see files, they need to be in a folder named DCIM and have file names of exactly 8 characters.
What will probably be easier is for you to connect your phone to your computer, get the photos onto your computer and then import them into your ipad. Or perhaps text/mail them off your phone to a mail account you can access on your iPad.
Or if the photos are on a removable memory card, get that to your computer, pull the photos off that way and then use iTunes to sync them onto your iPad.

  • I am wanting to transfer photos from a windows laptop to my mac.......solutions?????

I am wanting to transfer pictures from my Aces laptop to my mac by way of a thumb drive ,  ...It is coming up that it is not compatible with iphoto...do you have any possible solutions?

You cannot transfer photos via Bluetooth. The iPhone has never supported this type of file transfer. You will need to either use the Photostream in iCloud or connect the device to the computer, then import the photos, and then sync them to the iPad.

  • How do you transfer photos from iPhoto on your Mac to your iPhone?

Trying to figure out how to get photos from iphoto on my mac to my iphone

Hook your phone up to your computer and sync it in iTunes. Before doing the sync, check the Photo tab for your device, and make sure you have selected what photos you want to download. You can do this by Event or Album or a combination of both. Check the appropriate boxes on the Photos tab for what you want to do, and then Sync.
Also, when you first hook up your phone, iPhoto may open automatically to import any photos on your phone that are not yet imported to iPhoto. You can do that first, then go to iTunes to sync the device.
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers,

  • How to transfer photos from blackberry phone to macbook air

I just got this macbook air and want to upload pictures from my blackberry phone. Is it just as easy as plugging into the USB port and transfering a file?

iPhoto will import photos from any device that "looks like" a standard digital still camera - consult your manual of Kodak tech support to see if your Kodak Pocket video camera has such a setting -- if it does not then yhou will need to use Kodak software or the finder to get your photos and then import them into iPhoto
