iCloud is not the way to do this. You should use Migration Assistant - with this you can transfer your complete User folder from the old Mac including preferences and logins. You will need to connect the two with FireWire or USB depending on the models.
Ideally you should do this before you set up the new Mac - if you create a user account with the same name than the Migration will have to give the migrated user folder a different name. When you first switch on the new Mac it should ask you if you want to transfer your data, and give you instructions.

Cancelled a contract on my Iphone and started another contract with Samsung Note 2 on O2. Managed to transfer almost all my data bar the content of my notes through drag and drop from itune to sKies prior to contract cancellation.
When I later connected the iphone to the laptop to carry out an advise of going into itune to drag and drop the note content into dropbox from where I could pull into the samsung device, I was denied access into itune with my id , the same which has facilitated my access to this chat community.
Question then: Am I not able to use itune again because of the contract cancellation?

You need to move your iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer. A sync between an iPod and a computyou're ones not transfer all contents.

i devices are not designed for unique storage of your media - i.e. the device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchased content.

New iPod mini, but I don't want to delete old songs

So I got a new iPod because my battery had worn out and I used my warrenty. However, I heard rumors that if I register my new iPod that I will lose all of my music in iTunes. When I click on iPod Updater, it shows two buttons, "Update" and "Restore". However, "Update" is faded out and does not give me the option to click on it. I am afraid that if I click "Restore" I will lose all of my music in iTunes. Please help.

I'M NOT SURE, but I think if you wanted (just in case) if you wanted your music to be saved to your 'My Documents' folder, on you can. Pull up iTunes (that you used for your old ipod). Go to Advanced on your tool bar. Then go to 'Consolidate Library'. I THINK that might do it. Again, I'm not sure that's what did it for me.

How did you "transfer" Express?
It might be better to re-install Express 9 from scratch, though without an Optical drive you would need to:
a) Use an external Optical drive
b) Make a disk image of the installer on another computer and then copy that image to the rMBP
c) Make use of Apple's Remote Disk

This can sometimes be the result of a faulty/damaaged USB sync cable. Do you have another cable you could test it out with?

Material in order and invoice, but i don't want it appears in delivery

I have a problem. I have a dummy material (insurance) which is a service. I want that material appears in order and invoice (va02, vf02) like a normal item, but i don't want this material in the delivery (vl02).
I change item category for this dummy material to LEIS (service without delivery, before was DIEN, with delivery), but it still appears in delivery.
I have to do it through materials. We have ruled out a solution based in price conditions.
Can you help me? Have you some ideas what i have to do?

First of all, thank you to everyone has answered to my post.
I've tried with some of your solutions and it works for take the material out of the delivery, but our problem still being there, because we have to do the billing from the delivery. When we do billing, this dummy material doesn't appear in the invoice.
Maybe what I asked before is impossible, so i think there's another option. The problem we have is about delivery note which includes this service. But, can I print the delivery note without this material? I wouldn't like modify the printing program, there's another option for taking the items which i don't want to see out of the output?
