I want to turn auto-fill off as i put it on by accident and I've read peoples answers saying that something should come up along the bottom of my iTunes but it doesn't, what do I do?

I have an iPhone 4 and I turned on auto fill accidently now I can't get it off, does anyone know what I can do?
