I want to turn Icloud OFF on my ipad but someone else has it.

Someone other than myself has my I-Pad at the moment and I want to turn I cloud off so they can not see my e-mails ect. Can this be done without having the I pad in my hand ??? If so could you please explain how. Thank you

You cannot turn the iCloud off remotely. You can totally erase the iPad via Find My iPhone using a web browser and logging into your icloud.com account .... assuming that you have everything set up properly in order to do so.
Do you really want to erase your iPad so that someone else cannot read your email?

I continually get error messages that cut me off from Yahoo Mail because someone else has logged into Yahoo Messenger. I've never signed up for Messenger so why do I keep getting cut off from Mail?

I get the error message 4 to 6 times a day. Since I don't ever remember signing up for Messenger, I'm puzzled by the message. I can't find Messenger in my applications file (or anywhere else) so I can't delete or un-install the program.

Try first to Clear your cache from : Tools > Options > Advanced > Network, Clear Now button.

TS1702 PAGES app crashes when iCloud is turned ON, and I try to open a new document. The app is rendered useless unless I turn iCloud OFF, but I can't access any of my iCloud documents.

This never used to happen, but I haven't been able to use the Pages app for months now, because it crashes whenever I have iCloud turned on. When I turn iCloud OFF, I can use the app as it is intended.
I really want to be able to use this app because I'm working on a book, but I don't trust saving valuable writing on this app.
Please help. I want to love this app, but it's not working for me.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

How can I get my missing calendar events back? They are still on my 3Gs Iphone which I have not yet updated to IOS5.

Plug your phone into the wall charger for at least 30 minutes...make sure you have a sim card in the phone...then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Make sure you have no anti-virus software running or any firewalls...turn all of that stuff off.

I have forgotten my email password, and it's currently saved on the phone. I don't wanna change it because I have saved on other devises as well.

You need the owner of the account to remove the iPhone from their Apple ID, there is no way around this sorry.

Instagram appearing during Airdrop, turning iCloud off removed it??

I was hoping someone could answer this question for me. I had originally posted it the MacBook Pro section but I think that was a mistake.
I had my iMac and MacBook Pro both setup to use iCloud to share Safari and Calendar.
I was going to transfer a folder using Airdrop from my iMac to my MacBook Pro.
In my MacBook Pro's Airdrop window, under the icon, it said others will see Jen's iMac.
In my iMac's Airdrop window, under the icon, it said others will see Jen's MacBook Pro. But underneath Jen's MacBook Pro was the word Instagram. I've used Airdrop many times and have never had the word Instagram appear anywhere.
My only connection with Instagram is I did recently join on my iPad but I don't see how that would allow Instagram to have access to my MacBook Pro.
I didn't send the file until I could figure out how to remove the word Instagram. It disappeared when I turned iCloud off on my MacBook Pro.
My question is why was the word Instagram underneath Jen's MacBook Pro?

Do a search in this forum about forgot passcode or phone is disabled because of forgotten passcode.
See how many threads there are for that, now imagine if what you want happens, how many threads do you think we will have about not remember the passcode.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.
If this doesn't help you may need to reset photo stream. You can do this at icloud.com by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then the advanced settings in the pop-up dialogue box that appears.
Note: disabling photostream and re-enabling it will result in any photos that are currently in the photostream album on your device, that are older than 30 days old, not being added back.

I don't think you can connect a printer since you won't have the printer drivers. I use FingerPrint from collobos.com to print to my non-AirPrint printers.
