I want to turn on the Firefox toolbar bookmarks. How do I get started?

I want to be able to turn on the computer, click on the Firefox icon, and go right to the tool bar that displays the bookmark option. Please send help.

I am not too certain what it is you are trying to do. Hardly standard behaviour, but if you wish you can create bookmark that will open the library as a tab in firefox, or create a shortcut icon on your Windows desktop that will open in the bookmarks library.
Try this in your location bar:

If all you are trying to do is turn on the toolbar with the bookmarks in it try the shortcut keyboard commands
