I want to understand when it is beneficial to reanalyze motion

I want to stabilize/smooth some clips.
I know that any time I push Movement: Analyze, Motion will happily chug away and reanalyze the clip. This can take minutes or hours, depending on the size of the clip.
My question, when is it beneficial to do so?
If I have a small subsection of the clip with play-range-in and play-range-out markers, Motion: Analyze seems to only apply to this section. Does it discard previous analysis? Is it optimizing for this specific section only?

Okay, I know that is not correct, because if I reanalyze (after a first analysis of the entire file) with different in/out play points, it:
a) Will say "Analyzing frame 1 of 50" (for a 50 frame play range, on a 3000 frame clip); If I expand the play range to 100 frames, it will say "Analyzing frame 1 of 100"
b) Can produce different results; ie analyzing a subsection of a clip can dramatically change the confidence rating (as seen in the keyframes)

How sharepoint understand when user requests for web applications by their DNS names

I configured Alternate access mapping in my sharepoint farm for default ,intranet zones
and spt farm has two web front end servers and they load balancing by F5 device
in WFE servers there are different web applications are running on different ports
so here I want to know how load balancing works, load balancing configured in F5 device.
when users request a webapplication from browser (ex http://cms) where this request will go
1)when I ping cms and other web applicaations it returns me a loadbalancer server IP for all web applications;
ping cms : it returns 10.xxx.0.80 , same ip returns when I ping for other web app
but ex CMS web application run on the 10.xxx.1.26:81 port in sharepoint server
2) and these sharepoint web applications running on different ports in sharepoint web servers , so here how sharepoint understand when user requests for web applications by their DNS names

I'm not sure if the F5 can add a port number (I'm not an expert on load balancers). But in general if you design the SharePoint site to run on port 81 then you need to have port 81 appended to the request or it won't work. http://cms in your
example would take you to http://cms:80 not http://cms:81. But in general DNS will resolve the address back to the F5 load balancer. The load balancer will look at the header of the HTTP request (which contains the original address you requested)
and forward the request to the appropriate web front end IP address. If your web front end is using one IP address for multiple sites then those sites need to be differntiated by using a custom port like 81 (which must be included in the original request)
or because a host header was bound to the web application when it was created. If they are running on different port numbers then the request must include the port number by the time it gets to the SharePoint server.

Maybe, I can explain you what I want:
When I create 5 tabels on 2 pages, each tabel will have their own row numbers. When I'm working on page 2 and on row 40 for ex, it is very difficult to see which is row 40 of 1st tabel on page 1.
When I put these 5 tabels in 1 big tabel, you won't have this problem, but than I can not name my tabels.
So, I thought maybe I can link for ex, all row 40 in all 5 tabels

Can someone please help me to understand when ‘suspendScheduledReport’ method will work?
I have reports scheduled through BI publisher web service (Time: immediately). When I have lot of records (50) to be processed, for couple of records, the report is in ‘Running ‘status’ for long time. I want to suspend the report for those records. When I pass the job ID(or report Id), and invoke the ‘suspendScheduledReport’ method , it’s not suspending. After 1 or 2 mins, the report status = completed. Can I suspend a report when if it’s in a ‘Running status’?
Or does ‘suspendScheduledReport’ work only when the 'scheduledreport' is not started (or going to stat in future)
Please I need a urgent help on this,

suspendScheduledReport, will suspend only the scheduled report which has not started.
It will suspend the report from scheduling in future. Not the one, which is running.

Nope, it either needs to be plugged in or turned on with the power button.

Sometimes this happens because the app won't run on the iOS version of the device you are trying to install it to. Go to the app store and make sure it will run on iOS 3.1.3 (many only run on iOS 4 or higher).
