Now, I am using adobe CC. But I want to buy the CS6.
Is there any way to do it?

Yes and no. Why ? because it will work with the right driver, won't work if can't find the right driver. How can we know you can get a right driver when we don't know your computer. HP has dozens if not hundreds of models/products called Touchsmart.

Save Catalog and Tags etc,as I want to uninstall PSE6, then re-install

I have just used the "Backup and Restore" in Pse 6 and backedup to an external F drive.But I didn;t put it into a special folder. Will I have trouble Restoring it, when I re-install pse6 back on the computer. Will it restore the catalog etc as it was before, tagged and catagorized? I have about 10.000 photos in the catalog..    Or do you suggest I use the "Backup and Restore" function again, only this time creating a folder for it..before sending it to the external F drive.   I have plenty of room on the external drive.   I look forward to a response

If the 2nd option is the way to go, I will then have to delete the first backup from Ex F drive, how will I know what to delete. How will I recognize it, as the EX F drive is structured to backup other files outside of PSE6.

          but do you mean I can uninstall pse than reinstall pse, and all my catagorized and tagged photos will remain the same.
Also the reason I want to uninstall both pse and premier elements, and a few other things is, as recently I tried to delete a few files I thought were not needed, I think I deleted something important, because I could not get just the organizer to open. I have since been able to open it by renaming it from thumb.5.cache to old.5.cache. But since then a few more problems have arisen. Like when using Premier el 4 to make a movie, it's very slow. and not recognizing myDVD burner . It has more in it's name now. Like HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH20NS10 ATA Device. I'm sure it didn't have the DVDRAM written there before. When I go to Burn to Disk it won't recognize either the DVD drive or the Inserted DVD.    Everything has changed so I though I would remove both programs completly from computer then re-install them to see if that may help

Your problem is caused by the Ask Toolbar which you have installed. There are compatibility issues between Ask and Firefox at the moment.
Please do the following to ensure a clean installation. 
#Use Internet Explorer to download Firefox 4.0.1 from this link: [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/?ref=logo Download Firefox 4.0.1] and choose "'''Save'''" when you see the prompt. Then save it to your desktop. ''Do not choose "Run"''. 
#Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (''don't checkmark the box''). 
#Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 
#Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier. 
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation.

Sorry to bother you with a concern I and others have currently, but I'm trying to find out the process to uninstall a newer version of lightroom (4.2) and revert back to 4.1. I have been searching for this info and have found some info that tells me to uninstall 4.2 and install 4.1 via this link http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5392 but I have a question regarding the uninstall process.
If I uninstall 4.2 does that uninstall the entire program? Would I need to reinstall it completely after the uninstallation of 4.2? Or could I simply re-install 4.1 via the link?

Aliciaverde88 for Photoshop Lightroom each of the updates is actually installing the entire program. So once you have uninstalled the entire program you can then reinstall from the link which you posted.

I turned off the anti virus but the same thing happened, I'm getting tired of downloading and then having to uninstall Adobe. There must be an answer, something on the computer is not right. The easiest and most efficient way to copy your music is to follow the steps under the External drive section. Make sure that you have organized the iTunes library first before you copy it over. Then put the copied iTunes folder in the same Music folder on your computer.

Launch iTunes on the new computer. From the iTunes menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer.
Connect the iPod to your computer then select it under Devices left side of the iTunes window.

I upgraded to iLife 08 from 06 (bad move). I couldn't install iMovie because my Mac is too old (must be Intel-based or comparable). iDVD didn't work--the document window was always black, even with a theme selected. The Virtual Band function in GarageBand did nothing whatsoever. I trashed the '08 applications, moved all Preferences files to my desktop, reinstalled iLife '06. Now, iDVD won't launch--just flashes the menu bar and exits back to the Finder. So, I have several DVD projects on my system that I cannot finish because I cannot reinstall iLife '06 (like the originator of this problem, "How can I uninstall iDVD '08 and install iDVD '06?") I hope someone has an answer as this is frustrating and costly to my small business.

I have just downloaded that installer (on Windows 7, using Pale Moon), and the download completed within less than 10 seconds. And I am some 10,000km away from the Adobe download servers.
Can you try a different browser?
Can you download anything to your computer, e.g. from Microsoft?
