I want to upload some files from mobile phone to webserver? how? thanks!

The vibrating phone was created in Java. Some british company is selling the program to women for on the go fun. I'm pretty sure the actual code in the program is only a few lines.
Oh... you were talking to the other guy. He wants a java app to upload something to a JSP or database server.

  • Will not print files from mobile phone says it **may have** a virus- and deletes the file

    My HP photosmart premium with wireless ePrint, will not print files from mobile phone says it **may have** a virus- and deletes the file?!? My Fiance has the same phone, and I used it. It completed the file??? If I text message and E-mail address, my cell phone will come up as and E-mail address... has anyone else had this issue? Is it because I texted the the file? It didn't seem to be and issue on any of the other mobile phones used.... I am out of answers.... I tried to E-mail as well...
    Thanks in advance

    I have nearly the same problem, the printer discards my print job even when i have entered my email address as authorised senders.
    Details from my other post:
    I sent 2 emails to the printer:
    - one is a 3 lines of text and numbers in a GIF file sent as an attachment
    - another is a jpg circuit diagram paste in a word doc sent as an attachment
    both are classified as spam and refused to print. i have no email coming back saying it failed (even i have checked "Email Job Status" in ePrint Settings.
    So what will this HP printer print?
    How can I switch this useless spam filter off?
    I have get this filter off! I need this email printing to work reliably, that is a major reason I bought this printer
    Any suggestions are welcomed...
    HP's slogan on the box:
    "Now you can print from virtually anywhere" (but get discarded every single time!)

    Hello, HenryWang2103.
    Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
    The Safari, Email and Notes applications are native to the iOS and is unable to be deleted.  Since this is the case, they are either in a folder on the iPhone, on another page or Restrictions are enabled.  You can also search for these Apps on the iPhone by touching the screen and sliding your finger down.  Here is some information regarding these features.  The information about folders is located in the user guide below.

  • [Solved]I just want to transfer some files from one computer to ano...

    Setup:
    Windows LAN (setup by my dad)
    One Arch Linux Box, hardwired and connected through the network without problems.
    One Ubuntu Linux Laptop, connected wirelessly.
    I want to transfer my music, schoolwork, ect, onto my desktop from my laptop. Both machines are part of the same LAN. I want to transfer those files over the network (because I lack a usb drive larger than 1 GB). I know you can do this via rsync, ssh, sftp, samba, ect. But I happen to [censored] hate doing stuff with any network of any sort. I sort of understand networking, but I need some help, because all the millions of guides about doing this on the internet seem not to work, no matter what I try to do.
    I can ping each machine through the other one, and I know both of their host names (I have both of them in front of me, actually.). The Ubuntu machine can see the entire network (through Nautilus, it appears), but cannot see my Arch Linux Box. I'd imagine I could see the entirety of the network on my Arch Computer if I knew how (going to ///:Network on PCmanFM gives me nothing). Both machines can connect to the internet without problems.
    Can someone help me out? (I know, there are plenty of guides through Google and the Arch Wiki, I don't really understand them well enough)
    I don't care if you use a specific method, any will do. I can provide any additional information to you if you just ask.

  • I am new to iphone., want to transfer some files from my LG  KM900 via bluetooth, having trouble pairing, is it possible

    Hi there,
    New to the iphone, and love it, but I would like to send a couple of files and photos to it from my previous phone via bluetooth... My previous phone was an LG KM900 and im having difficulty pairing with it... saying its not supported.,
    Can someone give me a list of compatible bluetooth(able) phones, and i will do it through a third party...
    Many thanks and I do hope there is a way to do this
    regards
    Debz

    This is not a feature of the iphone or iOS.
    Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone
    devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps from the app
    store and internet tethering where provided by the carrier.
    Other than this it will not connect to a phone/computer/device.  (thanks to ckuan for the wording)
    You could try emailing the files/photos from the LG and then open the emails
    on the iPhone. Depending on the type of file, the iPhone should be able to at
    least view the contents - editing will require an app capable of dealing with that
    particular type of file. Photos should be viewable unless in proprietary format.

  • MP4 files from mobile phones

    Hi -
    I just copied some MP4 videos from my mobile phone on to my iMac using a USB adapter to take the videos from a Micro SD card. However I can't get them to play properly. They will open in Quicktime and VLC but there's no sound. Does anyone know why this is or how I can fix it? They work fine on my mobile phone, I can hear sound so I know it's in there somewhere. Any help much appreciated.
    Thanks.

    How do I get info while it's playing in QT?
    Open the "Inspector" window and check the information on the "Format:" line. This should refer to the audio and video compression formats used in the file.

  • I deleted some files from my iTunes music library, how do I get them back?

    Hi there, I hope you can help.
    I have had an 80Gb iPod for a while now, but it got full, so I was deleting stuff that I didn't listen to very often from my iTunes library as I added new music. However, I kept all the music in my iTunes Music folder.
    I have now purchased a 120Gb iPod, but obviously some of my music is only in the iTunes Music folder, but NOT actually in my music library within iTunes. Is there a way to sync the entire library with the new iPod (ie. including all the albums that I deleted from my iTunes library to accommodate new ones), or will I have to manually check my entire iTunes music library against my iTunes Music folder?
    In essence, what I want to do is the opposite of consolidating my iTunes music library into my iTunes Music folder - to get all the music in my iTunes Music folder back into the library, without duplicating the stuff that's on there already. I hope that's clear...?
    Best regards,
    Matt.

    Try iTunes Folder Watch for rereading the content you deleted, assuming you only removed it from the library, not the media folder. If you deleted the tracks then restore those that remain from the recycle bin first.
    When you are finished you should have a new playlist with all the tracks that iTFW found. Rename this Exclude and then create a smart playlist called, say, iPod Music with the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Exclude. This is the playlist you sync with your device, and any time it grows too large just find some more stuff to throw into Exclude.

  • Uploading a file from a J2ME application

    Ok, obviously this is either not interesting, or no one really knows what to do, I would love any ideas even if they dont work, just anything that would help would be great :)
    I am extremely new to servlet programming and reasonably new to J2ME. I want to upload a file from my device to a central server. I am not sure how to go about starting this. I have a html form that requests a file and posts it to the servlet fine, but I am not sure how I would get my J2ME application to do the same. Do I replicate the html from with in the program? Any help would be much appreciated.
    My basic servlet and Java code is:
    Java
    public String sendPostRequest(String urlstring) throws IOException {

                  DataInputStream dis = null;
                  DataOutputStream dos = null;

                       try {
                         // an HttpConnection with both read and write access
                         hc = (HttpConnection)Connector.open(urlstring, Connector.READ_WRITE);
                         // set the request method to POST
                         hc.setRequestMethod(HttpConnection.POST);
                         // set request type
                         // Could possibly need to be "application/x-www-form-urlencoded"????????????????????????????????
                         hc.setRequestProperty("Content-Type", "multipart/form-data");
                         hc.setRequestProperty("Content-Length", fileString.length()+ "" );

    I've only done one small j2me program and not recently, but here is a link that can give you some of the basics: http://today.java.net/pub/a/today/2005/02/09/j2me1.html
    I'm guessing, but I believe you have to use http sockets to accomplish a file transfer with a phone. Also, there are some limitations with full sockets depending on which type of phone you using to write your app to.
    Hope that helps!

  • Uploading excel files from ITS to sap

    Hi all,
    I want to upload excel files from ITS to sap system ECC 6.0 .I am using standalone ITS.Someone please help me find a solution for this.What are the steps involved in it?
    Thanks in advance
    Shinu

    Hi Shinu,
    this seems to be a misunderstanding. The ITS does not have excel files.
    Did you mean to say that you have an application which allows to upload
    files? This application might work using the webgui service of the ITS.
    Try it out!
    best regards

    Hello
    Is it necessary to use Bluetooth connection?
    For my mobile phone I bought an external card reader. So I can copy the files from mobile phone to computer and backwards.
    It costs maybe 10 Euro and therefore no additional driver is necessary! :)

    Most tax returns created by TurboTax require that you have the associated version of TurboTax installed to view or edit them.  And, as stated by tjk, you need the Mac version to view them on the Mac.  If you only have the PC versions of TurboTax and the files, you might want to consider either using BootCamp to dual boot your Mac or use a virtual machine like VMware Fusion to have a Windows installation along side your Mac installation.
