You do not need to remove any remaining balance from a gift card in order to use a credit card, if that's what you mean. Just enter in your credit card information. When you purchase something, any remaining balance from your gift card will be used up and the rest of the price charged to your credit card.
And just so you know, you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who participate here are fellow users.

Of course you will want to back up through iTunes. Because you're using the same computer and you don't your wife to use a different login, the only other option is that you will need to create a separate user account (in Windows) on that computer, open iTunes, and restore from the back up. The two libraries will be separate through the user profile of Windows. If you had a Mac it would be the same, because you just simply can't have two iTunes libraries coexist under the same user account at the same time.

If the old ID is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

To change it, you have delete the existing account. However you can avoid losing any pictures in the process. To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. (Camera roll photos are not effected by deleting the account.)
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.

There is no way to merge two Apple IDs as all purchases made with each account are always tied to those accounts.
All you can do to each account is change the email address for each one but they can't have the same email address.

If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

Please help me how/where to assign the zero balance accounts to scenarios.
Standard functionality supports: Profit Center derication as mentioned below:
Derivation based on master data--If the line item contains a cost object, the profit center in the master data of the cost object is used.
Derivation based on product category
Derivation based on organizational structure
Derivation based on document splitting - For line items in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Taxes sub-ledgers, a profit center is only derived if you are using profit center segment accounting with clearing or with balancing. For journal entries, document splitting is always performed for the line items in these sub-ledgers after the other line items have been created.we are concerned abt the 1st scenario & 4
Default profit center-FAGL3KEH -If no profit center could be determined based on the product category, organizational structure, or document splitting, the standard profit center we specified when configuring the corresponding ledger is used.
But I am looking for a specific requirement to configure the Zero balance clearing account to the scenarios.

You can carry forward any number of times - the last should be after closing of previous years accounts.

You can only buy from the itunes store of your country of residence ( verified by valid billing address on your payment info) and ONLY while inside the borders of that country.

Zero balance account is not dispalyed in Report painter report

Hi Friends,
We have devloped a Balance sheet report with report painter drill down feature (Transactions codes FSI1 ande FSI4).
When we run this report zero balance accounts are not shown. Clinet requested to have all GL accounts in report.
Could any one please help me in this issue.

Hi,
The report painter will not bring the zero balance account. Because it pulls out values from the FLAGFLEX table which does not have the zero balance account. So it is adviceable to create a report for the same.
