I wanted to rent the movie Epic so I rented it for 5.99 but when I checked my bank account a few minutes later it charged $11.98
I wanted to rent the movie so I pressed rent but I noticed there was SD so i wanted to see the price so I pressed cancel and then I went back to HD and it said you have already rented this do you want to rent it again so I pressed No but it wasnt on my iTUnes so I pressed rent again but when I checked my bank account it charged double. Can I get a refund for this?

If you rent a movie on the Apple TV, then it can only be watched on the Apple TV. If you want to watch movies on multiple devices, you need to download it to your computer, where you can then transfer it to other devices or stream it to your Apple TV as well as watch it from your Mac. -

I rented a movie on my iPad. It began to download but then it disappeared. I freed up a ton of storage space to make sure I had the room for it. The movie appears in my rented videos, but when I click it, it says, "video rented but not downloaded. Go to downloads to manage downloads". Where did my downloads go? I re-booted my iPad, signed off/on iTunes etc. I can't find a folder with downloadable items anywhere. ITunes just tells me, "you've already rented this video. Do you want to rent it again?" What happened to my movie?

I rented the movie riddick w/vin disel at about 8 or 9pm. Then went back early next day to watch the parts I missed and to no luck of mind did it play again!!! Thought we had 24 hrs to watch !!! Once I purchase it it should of givvi g me my 24 hrs!!!
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
I want to buy the movie Crazy Stupid Love but it is not available in the US, only in the UK. I live in the US but is it possible to switch the itunes store so that I can buy that movie?
It used to be in the US iTunes Store as that's where I purchased it. Often the studios will temporarily pull a movie from the store during times the movie is scheduled to be shown on TV or cable TV as the TV network has been granted exclusive access during the period. It will return to the store later.

I rented a movie through itunes and Apple TV to watch on my tv. The movie said it was ready so I started watching. The movie stopped and said it still had to load. 3 hours later it was still loading. 5 hours later still loading. I have broadband high speed internet connection. I couldn't watch the next night because I was attending an event. Then my 24 hours were up and the movie was gone. How can I watch the movie I paid to rent without paying for it again? ONLY!! And all of Apple forgets to post this, you must remain connected to the internet, for your Macbook to authorizes playing your movie. If you do not have internet at home, or where you playing, like camping, traveling in the RV and so forth, you will not be able to play even a downloaded movie resting on your computer.

If you set up a Rescue email address:
Go into Manage Your AppleID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, select Password and Security, and click the first option (see below), and you will be able to proceed from there..... (I HOPE the first button is showing for you!)
Reset your password
You can change or reset the password for your Apple ID account by providing some information.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the rescue email address on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will need to answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
If you did not set up a Rescue email address:
1. Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'Forgotten Security Questions' and fill in that you'd like your security
questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....
