I was able to download and install Photoshop CC 2014 on my Mac Laptop. I am not being offered the new version on my iMac desktop. Why? I am a member of Adobe Creative Cloud.

As long as your license supports both platforms you should only have to download the Mac version and install/activate using your serial number. If you need help finding a link to download the file, please indicate the PSE version you need.

I have never been able to download and install photoshop CC after 10 months, numerous attempts and a monthly payment.

I continually get a large window that says, "Adobe Application Manager Quit Unexpectedly " I have the option to reopen, but when I do the whole series starts over.

Ncarliner what operating system are you using? Have you checked your installation logs for error messages? If so what specific errors did you discover? After months of failed attempts, I finally got mountain lion loaded on my macbook pro. Shortly thereafter I received an email saying my id had been used to access icloud. During the setup process, I unchecked the icloud box so I am not sure whether this is normal or has someone else using icloud with my id. I am pretty sure that I did not select iclout for set up.

Don't worry I've sorted it! I just had to turn off Reminders as well in iCloud. Calendar then worked fine, even when I turned Calendar and Reminders back on.

The license for the version you are installing is an upgrade, which requires you to identify the older (qualifying) version that you are upgrading from and to provide its serial number as well to prove that you qualify to use the upgrade. There should be a list to select the older version from followed by entries for the serial number of the older version.

I don't think I can access the crash report? Excuse the ignorant questions I'm about to make am a relative tech novice.
Soo - as mentioned every time I open photoshop it crashes - it just says there's an error and the program will shut down and if there's a solution windows will notify me. Then nothing...
I've tried to look in photoshop files for the detailed crash report & the system event viewer but cannot find a file with those names. I've also looked in the windows files for files with those names but cannot find them either - so I don't know where to look.

I downloaded and installed creative cloud, and I then downloaded Adobe Application Manager, and from that I downloaded and installed Photoshop cs6. When I clicked on 'launch app' nothing happened. Ficam56 if you go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers do you see a listing for Photoshop there? If so please run the uninstaller and then reinstall.

I have been using the new version of ACR with PS6 and have been able to open the D750 files,now I'm stuck.

You were probably using the Release Candidate version of camera raw 8.7, which one gets from Adobe Labs.

A window opened indicating that many of the photos had tags, and asking if I wanted to add the tags. I said yes, and the process began. When it reached 60% a window opened indicating that "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working", with the only option being to "Close program."
I've since tried to open organizer several times, but it goes immediately to "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working". I was able to open Editor, and tried opening Organizer from Editor, but encountered the same problem.
FYI, I have an open case (#0214505556), but have not received the help I need.

This issue is with respect to Elements 13.

There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer. when it came up, the scanner had already been added again. With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible). I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application. I tried it, and it works quite well.

The first thing you need to do is download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Then, open that program and click on the Apps tab. You download and install creative cloud applications from there.
If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run a given program, it won't show up under the Apps tab.
Once they are installed, you'll need to go to your Applications folder (Mac) or Program Files (x86) folder (PC) to start the program itself.
