You can copy photos that were originally synced from a computer back via third-party apps such as Simple Transfer, which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer. Do you not have a backup copy of the photos e.g. on external drives ?

What is the format and resolution of the video? Right click on the item in iTunes and seled Get Info.
It may be a 1080P video which is not compatible with the 4G. The 4G pod can play:

Did you try using the iTunes option FIle>Create New Version>Create iPod version?

To delete your photo library you need to connect to iTunes, then remove the selection for the images, then sync the device.
While you are connected to iTunes do the update through iTunes. It takes much less memory as the update is loaded onto your computer, unpacked, then sent to the device.

I have had problems syncing on my Windows XP computer and yesterday I got my laptop back with a virus removed and was able to sync. Then I updated the operating system to 5.0 and now the restore won't work. Please help! I got error code 50.

You said that your computer will sync other iPods? Are they iPod touches? Other iPod use different drivers the the touch And iPhone and iPad).
You can try:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Does it charge? Does the iPod work?
I would try on another computer.
Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I'd suggest converting your old videos to one of those formats
handbrake is a free program which does this for you
itunes used to be able to too when I right clicked incompatible media but don't see the option any more
or maybe it only show when one right click incompatible media and currently my lib don't have any

if they are acc protected have you tried to remove the DRM this can be don using itunes as

Copy them from your old computer, or your backuo copy of your old computer. to your new one.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. the exception is itunes purchases.

No that's not possible with iCloud, however there are ways of sharing photos, but first could you confirm your OS, iCloud doesn't work with OS X 10.4

Well, the Import/Export instructions make it seem as if the two computers should be able to communicate this file thru wifi, but that's the linkage I can't seem tocreate with Import/Export. Should I instead email a copy to myself (thats what applecare suggested)? Copy it to and from a thumb drive? But then place the file where? And the article was helpful, but should I be trying to move the Library file or the Library.xml file (as iTunes Help suggests)? When I go into the blog ap on my iphone, page 1 comes up first.....this is the page that allows me to edit, add, etc. Unfortunately, when I go into the blog on my ipad, I only get the written information (blog) that I posted; there is no page 1 which allows me to make editions, etc. How can I get this information over to my ipad?

I personally suggest the new Drobo FS. Since it has an iTunes server built in and you can use any size sata hard drive in it it is better and a NAS that has to use the same size drives.
