If it is still in your country's store then you should be able to re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad/
If it isn't then do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes or on a backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync to your iPad ?
If it's not in your country's store and you don't have a copy for syncing back then you try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you (but a lot of subscriptions say that refunds aren't given) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

No, this has nothing to do with Apple or iTunes.
You are attempting to use a device unsupported by Apple or iTunes with an app written by some other developer to emulate an Apple device. Talk to the app developer.
If you have an ATV, AirPort Express, or some other supported AirPlay receiver and the AirPlay icon is not appearring, then it is an issue that would be appropriate to be discussed here. -

I created a new ID for my Iphone, because the old ID was an email address I no longer have. Also, the phone wouldn't recognize the password I have always used. Now the problem is when I try to update my apps, it automatically wants to use the old ID. I've set the new ID for the phone, but it defaults to the old one when asking for a password to update apps.
That's because all apps are forever tied to the Apple ID used to obtain them, & can only be updated using that ID.
To use your new ID with these apps, you'll have to delete them, then repurchase. Or, contact iTunes support, explain the situation, & ask that they add these apps to the download queue of your new ID. -
I have a new Samsung phone and I live in CT. Last month they charged me $38 on my bill for the sales tax for the new phone which was $600. I'm paying for the phone itself over 20 installments of $30 each. Now again I'm getting that same $38 charge. I can't believe that the monthly CT tax is higher than the payment for the phone itself. Does this make sense. Last time I spoke with them on the phone it was for 1 1/4 hours for something simple. I don't want to call unless I need to. The salesman told me nothing about any of this. Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

In addition to the FormsCentral subscription charge ($152.87 including tax) I was billed about the same time for $15.93. I can't find any way to get in touch with anyone from Adobe. The phone number I'm supposed to call is cut off on my invoice. Can someone respond ASAP? Thanks

I am using MAC OSx 10.5.8 (9L31a) as my operation system. The TV says "No signal. Check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection." Seems to me that that goes in hand with what the Samsung tech said about the Mac needing to be forces to use the external display. But how do I do that?

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
