I Was charged 25.46 for something I didn't want and I want a refund. How do I go about that?

    I ordered a book on my Ipad this a.m., while doing so I kept getting that my security code number on the back of my card was invalid.  I tried three times to get it to work. When I called the credit card company I was told the book was ordered three times.  Can you please remove two of those books from my credit card?

    Make sure you are doing it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4874.  If you keep getting error messages when you try you might need to try again later in case they are having server issues.  If it persists, you'll probably have to contact support.  You could start by contacting iTunes store support by email, which is free: https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.  Another option is to make an appointment witht the Genius bar at a nearby Apple store and have them take a look at it.

I was informed I needed to request refund from ITunes. I did that. Why was I charged a .99 recurring fee? I purchased, or thought I did, an app called "Appzilla2" on Jan 10 for .99 cents.  Does this mean I must pay .99/monthly to use it?  If so, please cancel the appzilla.

    We are itunes users just like you.  We cannot cancel anything.
    Look at your purchase history and see what the charge is for.  Contact itunes support if need be.

I've never found the online chat service support to be available during my waking hours after checking over the last week. I can't find a contact email for support, either. I've been instructed on several occasions that I will need to make a voice call for customer service, but unfortunately, this will not be possible. I will require text-format assistance from customer support to address two issues which I am unable to solve on my own:
    1) I was charged for service following the cancellation of my service; this includes a period following cancellation during which no service was provided. After working with a representative in person, I was told that my final bill would be adjusted to reflect the legally billable amount. This was three weeks ago and I haven't received a response, and I haven't been able to find a way to pursue a resolution - What can I do to help move this process forward?

How can I pay my bill online?  You cannot pay online once the account is cancelled.  You will be mailed a paper copy of the final bill, and you can mail a check, or possibly call in and pay over the phone.  But online is no longer an option once the account is cancelled.

    I downloaded a song from the I-tunes store and was charged for it.  It isn't on my playlist now.  Something about the playtime ran out or something like that.  Can I just cancel the song purchase and get reimbursed for the .99 cents that I was charged for the song?

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They may not be able to do anything for you, but other people in a similar circumstance have reported that the iTunes Store has been able to help.
    For the future, either don't let your nephew have access to your iPhone or set the Restrictions to disable in-app purchases and the purchase of new apps. Then it won't be possible for someone else to make purchases from your iPhone.

    Yup, this happened to me with an app I purchased...twice..  Considering all the "security" related implementations that the App/itunes store could keep our purchases straight.  I wish there was some sort of innovation that would track purchases made.  This way when we have to perform a simple procedure like re-downloading an app to a device that had to be erased & restored to deal with its inherent disfunctionality we wouldnt have to waste time dealing with a flaky retailer when they steal money from you..
    Yes, there must be a technology maker who could invent this kind of innovation...btw, isnt it 2013 already?   Not to much to ask, but perhaps this investment to create this wonderful innovation would be to much for such a small, poor firm like Apple..****, corporate is probably busy thinking up the next half baked product that barely works to consider the complex ins and outs of keeping its clients "satisfied".
