I was charged to increase my icloud storage, but never received the new space
I recieved a message on my I-phone that I needed more storage for the cloud. I went into the cloud on my phone and purchased the 10Gb a year. I was charged the $20.00 for it, but didn't get the storage. Is there something else that I need to do?

I have a similar issue, though it's only been less than a day since the issue cropped up. I received notice that this was an issue through an email from Apple falsely stating that I had downgraded to a free (5 GB) account, when in fact I had already been charged $20.00 for the 15 GB plan. All this and more is explained in a question thread I started about half an hour ago or so.
So far, no replies in my question thread....

Any suggestionsReboot the iPad by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if it appears. That should get it operational again and you can proceed from there.

I was given a refund, but never received the money
I'm very frustrated at this point. After the most recent update, an app I frequently used no longer worked. iTunes agreed to give me a refund for in app purchases. This refund has not been received. I have been in contact with my credit card company and there is no pending refund. iTunes says they sent it and I should have received it last week. Obviously there is a problem.
Obviously there is a problem but there is nothing we as users can do to help you solve it. You need to resolve it with iTunes support and the credit card company.

I have noticed that this question has been asked a lot, but I am still not understanding. How do I move ALL of my music on iTunes into iCloud? I have subscribed to match and increased my iCloud storage. Only part of my music is in the Cloud and not on my iPhone.

Buying more iCloud Storage does Not increase the Storage Capacity of your Device.

Usually Apple sends an invoice to your mail 1-2 days after your purchase.
You may even search the invoice yourself, but I'm not sure if you will find it before 1-2 days.

iCloud storage has nothing to do with the memory available on your iPhone.
Have you tried a reset?

If you want to be able to access your entire music library from iCloud, you'll have to subscribe to iTunes Match (http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). Music purchased from the iTunes store is already in iCloud as it can be redownloaded at any time (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519).

No. With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you see when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?
For the iPhone issue ask in the iPhone forum.

Hi all. I. Bought videos from iTunes and also bought the lowest amount of extra iCloud storage. I assumed the videos could be stored in the cloud and called back automatically to the iPad when I needed them. They won't all download, Apple hasn't answered my call for help via e mail, and I don't know what to do. I deleted stuff from the iPad and got rid of some of the videos I'm not watching (hoping to maybe download them again later on).
I don't get how the Cloud works, and I don't really know which article to read for info. HELP?

Purchasing more icloud storage has nothing to do with itunes purchases.
Itunes purchases ( the ones that are made available for redownload) are automatically available in icloud. you do not have to purchase any icould storage for this.
You should not delete anything. you should always have a backup copy.

iCloud emails me to say I have exceeded my iCloud storage but Settings tells me I have 18 out of 25gbs available. I can't understand this.... can anyone explain?
