I was charged twice for an in-app purchase
I was playing DragonVale and purchased a bag of gems and only recieved one. Is there any way to correct this? I don't care if one of the purchases are refunded or I recieve the second bag.

You will need to contact iTunes Support. You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

Did you re-download them on the second date from the main part of the store instead of the Purchased tab ? I recently made a purchase via the Simpsons tapped out game. When I got my email receipt from iTunes I have been charged twice. I clicked on the report a problem link next to the purchase but it just keeps saying cannot connect to iTunes...can anyone give me any advise on what I need to do please?

Charged twice for an In App purchase - debited from gift card balance and credit card.
A couple of days ago, I redeemed a gift card to my account. My son bought an in app purchase - and it has deducted the amount from both my Visa card and from the balance of the gift card.
Can anyone advise how a) I prevent this happening again and b) who I contact for a refund?

my son downloaded a game from the app store and as the password wasn't required for 15 minutes he was able to purchase gold coins without my knowledge. Tried purchasing gems for brave frontier and phone lagged out....got back on and it said i made a the purchase but no product from the game was delivered....tried again and the delivery was instant....paid for 2 and i got 1 and brave frontiers support wont help unless i get a receipt
Go into the iTunes store and into your account.
After entering your account there should be purchase history in the 3rd tab ( if you're using the latest iTunes software ).
Printscreen your Purchase history and send it over to Brave Frontiers help and support forums.
