Only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it. Have whoever you got it from contact the carrier it's locked to and request an unlock.

Then:
Switch back to your "new user" (that is your current user) account, open Bridge, go to the preference for cache and you will note, magically, it is now located in the right account, it has been unfrozen from the "old user", once deleted, and now brought back to life to help you get ride of this problem.
For good measure, press the choose button, you will find you go to the finder to the right location in your "new user"/current user account.
You will also find that FIND works after this and also Bridge is zippy and fast as it should be.
You can now quit Bridge, Log Out of your "new user" account, log back in and find that all is just the way it should be. Once this is done, go into your system preferences for users and delete the "old user" account (into the trash, do not save a thread).
It seems that there are many situations where reviving and old user id will help with repairs to permissions problems in a mac that has been through system drive failure or significant application conflicts that require making a new user.

I have tried to download the podcast "Ab Trimmer" from Exercise Tv and it does not allow the download to be completed. Comes up with Unable to Download podcast prompt. I now just want this to be removed from my download list, how do I do this?
The fix was to completely remove all Apple Software following guides in previous posts.
Then download and re-install latest iTunes 64-bit, making sure to Run As Administrator.
This fixed it. Now the next thing seems to be that as I move from one device to another to close and restart iTunes between each one. Treat it gently. It seems to break easily and a lot. -

I tried to update my photo albums in my Iphone 4S. I could not, and the old photos were removed. I tried again to copy the albums in the Iphone from a PC Windows XP folder and it does not work.
You can't activate any GSM iPhone without a valid sim card installed in the phone.

I can't lock screen on Ipad mini. My lock screen button is working for shutdowning Ipad, but don't working for lock screen. Also I tried to lock screen from Assistive Touch and it's not working. When I click lock screen on assistive touch it nothing happens.

I just installed Adobe CreatePDF desktop printer on a Windows 7 home PC. When I try to use from Word or EWxcel, it does not print. The Adobe print device queue reports an "error" in the status column.
Adobe retired this Feb 17, 2014.
This app sent content to and got content from the web based services of "CreatPDF" and "PDF Pack".
These are subscription services out in "the cloud". When the app was live you had to be online and signed into your account. The user forum for CreatePDF has a DOC that speaks to the app removal.
