sounds like your phone was hacked to work with your carrier. Now it is relocked to the rightful carrier. It cannot be reactivated without a SIM from that carrier.

Your system is missing a couple DLLs that LR needs, but the fix at Adobe is to copy them to the LR folder which gets replaced for each install, so you have to redo it after each LR install. It would be worth documenting the process and saving the DLLs so you don’t have to ask about it each time:

You might also use the AIO210 program to add them as detailed in this YouTube video—maybe this is a more permanent fix, but since the files are from media-fire be very careful about what you do so as not to install a virus on your computer.
I’d scan the downloaded ZIP you download with whatever virus and internet security software you have and don’t be fooled by extraneous popups you might see during the download process. I was able to download the aio210.zip after authorizing one Captcha window and closed at least one bogus popup trying to get me to install other software. You need to be signed into the mobile iTunes Store with the same Apple ID used to purchase iTunes Match. On the iPad go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID. Tap sign out. Then sign in with the correct Apple ID and you should be able to enable iTM on the iPad.

If you are using Mac Mail, from the Mail menu bar top of your screen click Mail > Take All Accounts Offline then click Take All Accounts Online.
You should not lose any unopened or saved mail.

Sounds like the iPhone is locked to a wireless carrier in France.
You will have to contact that carrier to see if they offer unlocking
and if you qualify.

The phone will "work" with any standard GSM carrier.
However, LTE and iPhone features like FaceTime, iMessage, Visual Voicemail may not work unless you use a carrier that officially supports iPhones.

"India" is a country. Not a cellular carrier.
There are 2 supported carriers in India. Aircel and Aritel. See this list: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937
If you have a legitimately unlocked iPhone, it will work with a properly provisioned SIM from either Aircel or Airtel.
It may work with other carriers in India, but not all features may work as expected.
