I was given a second hand iphone off my sister, she has a restriction code on the reset function. How do I reset the phone as her number is coming up on my imessage and her account is still on the phone eg. icloud. She forgot the code.

Can anyone help me re the above question. I also want to know if I do manage to have the phone reset how do I get all my contacts back as they are stored to her icloud with her id name and password.

You need to find out who the carrier was in Switzerland and see if they will unlock the device. The carrier with the lock is the only one that can authorize the unlock. You may need to check with the original owner and see if they can get it unlocked by the carrier if you do not qualify.

I would ask the person you received it from if they've had this issue.
You can completely close out of the camera, then do a reset, hold down the home/power button together until yo usee the apple logo and then release, then wait for you phone to boot back up.
