Hello I was hacked. I am using my backup skype account until I can get my main account. I had sent email to support and waiting for response from earlier this afternoon but really need main account back as soon as possible. Can anyone help me. I dont have access to live chat as I do not have premium account. The email address was changed as the hacker must of changed and I can not login.

Would it effect this backup account and any other skype account I use or just this one?
Just this one - any subscriptions or payments purchased stay with the account they are purchased for. In other words, for our safety and security, Skype does not permit the transfer of credit or subscriptions from one account to another.

I was forced to change my email address, (was locked out of it). I also was forced to change my Apple password due to the iOS 7 upgrade. Everything on my iPhone and iPad, including iTunes, accepted my new email address change, except iCloud. And because I was forced to change my password, it doesn't recognize my old password or new password either. There is no way I can find to change my email address on iCloud, and so I'm stuck. I cannot delete iCloud account without proper email and password and it still shows my old email and doesn't allow it to be changed.
If Settings>iCloud is showing your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

When you say change my email address for my Apple ID what exactly do you mean?
Did you create a new Apple ID Account?
What ID was used to set the Find my iPhone

You can have as many Apple ID;'s as you want but they all have the following points to consider.
Your apple ID primary email address
Your date of birth
your 3 security questions
your alternate email address
your rescue email address
It is really important to keep a record of all of the above.
Also 4 and 5 work best with unique emails per account
The other problem is that if you have set Find my... on any kit, using the old Apple Id then it becomes harder to do.

After going tthrough a recent change with my internet provider, I was forced to change my email address. I now use gmail for my mail. With my new gmail address, I went to itunes and updated my account to reflect my new email addess. At the same time, I also just bought a brand new iphone4s and got it all squared away.
Here's my problem; Now that I've changed my itunes account to the new gmail address, whenever I try to buy an app for my phone or access itunes on my phone, the popup window for me to log into itunes shows my I.D. as my old email address. Now I can't log into itunes or buy an app for my phone.
Can somebody please tell me how to fix this??I had the same problem. I tried everything I could think of, and I was just about to reset my iPad. The last thing I tried was giving in and telling the App store app that I'd forgotten my password. It took me through the password change process (for the old email address), and now it's downloading and updating apps normally.
It's still using my old email address in the iPad store app, but it works, and it syncs with iTunes on my Macbook with no problem. -

Ganesh RUnfortunately, this is no longer possible. I believe you lost this ability when the forum software changed. At this point, your only option is to create a new account with the new email address.

Can't change my email address for this forum
I need to change my email address for this suport forum, but can't figure out how to do it. If I go to my profile, I can see it but I can't change it. And it's different from my main Apple ID which is set already set correctly with the email address I want to use.
How do I do this?After a long couple of sessions with Apple tech support, here's what I've learned (for the benefit of others):
If you have more than one Apple ID like I do, then the original one that you used to sign into these forums is the one you're stuck with.
You can change that original ID's email address and/or password, but you must keep using that "first" set of credentials. If you try to sign in with your newer Apple ID, it won't work, it'll keep prompting you for the old ID, so make sure you write it (and the password) down somewhere.
I made the original mistake of creating a 2nd Apple ID when I closed an old email account a couple of years ago and needed to stop using that old email address. What I should have done, and will apparently have to pay for forever, was to simply change the email address on the 1st Apple ID.
Bottom line from my experience is be sure to only use one Apple ID. If you create another, you'll be stuck with both for all time and have to use one or the other depending on which one you originally used in a particular situation. For example, when I get a new iPhone, I have to use the old Apple ID to download all the apps 2 years old and older, then sign out and back in with the new ID to download all the apps 2 years old or newer. What a pain, but Apple has no way of combining them. The tech rep said to send feedback, which I've already done. -
I was hacked i kept getting emails that some purshcaes were being made when no one was downloading them and i guess they hacked my apple iD because they changed the security question and now i cant change anything without the security question please help i want to reset the security question but i cant.
You should contact Apple by phone as soon as possible. You'll need to change your Apple ID and all passwords.

Call the tech support for the provider of your old email. They will be able to change the password for you or if they can't they will shut the account down so that spammer is not able to use it.
