    I  cant use some of my software programs now because they were for MAC but power based.  I wish Apple said that before taking my money.  I am unemployed and cant go out and buy all new software.  
    In addition Lion is not recognizing my usual USB2 cables that always used to work for iPhone charging purposes - they work to connect the iPhone to the computer - and see the iPhone in iTunes, but it wont let me charge the iPhone, the iPhone gives the error message something like charging not supported with this .....

    - these things seem like something that Apple can and should fix - and Apple if you are reading this - This should be restored for all the customers whose computers you have messed up by suddenly not supporting these expensive software programs and cables and equipment were a costly investment and they are not that old that you should stop supporting them – especially the cables – which, I get an error message saying they are not supported, when for years they were supported.

    Which operating system are you running? Not sure, click the apple on the left of the menu bar, the click about this mac. It will say version 10.6.x or 10.7.x.

    I was having trouble with freezing up in Draw Something 2... I was told to delete app and reinstall. So..I deleted the app and tried to reinstall but I cannot find the app anywhere!?  I have looked and searched the App Store, went through purchases, my games, Cloud...etc..what should I do now?  I have purchased a lot of inks and other things in Draw 2,,,will I be able to recover all?

    I was having trouble sending to hotmail accounts from my Earthlink account, they had me go into Mac Mail preferences and make changes (because they claimed it was Mac Mail's fault, even though the hotmail error code said it's because Earthlink is blocked by hotmail), now Mac Mail doesn't work AT ALL - any help changing the settings back to correct Mac Mail settings? I can provide a transcript of the entire tech chat session, if that will help...

    I was having trouble signing in to register my Photoshop Elements 12 but now it's doing this and I don't know what to do.  I entered serial number and it's acting like a trial version but look at the days remaining?  What's up with that?  I would appreciate any help.

    Your program appears to be Photoshop Elements 13 and not Premiere Elements 13. And, somehow your thread has been posted in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum. Please re-post your question in the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum or wait for a moderator here to move your thread from here to there.

    Click on "License This Software" and follow the instruction to do that. It is not uncommon to run into this situation even when dealing with a purchased software. It may never happen again.

    iMessage and FaceTime went down yesterday for some people. Mine is still down. My iMessage is saying the same thing about being activated. Sounds like you are still down too. Ignore the status page that says everything is fine - it lies.

    check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account
    if using an other computer make sure all fileds are right and filled in

    After surfing for a couple of hours through the forums, I decided to make this post...
    I have been having trouble logging on to my work WiFi. I use an Actiontec GT701-WG DSL modem, with a WPA network. I have tried to reset my Network Settings, but did not help. The message I get every time is, "Cannot log onto (network name)".
    Any ideas?

    Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds.
    On your iPad use Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings

    While I was having trouble publishing my website with brand new iWeb 1.1 version that was just upgraded with all the upgrades 5/15/06 and after crashing that program as many people did (see iWeb discussion group), that is crashing about 15 times, my Mail program changed, losing all my old mail and account. And holy moly, all my Address program data is gone!!! What could have happened!!! can I get anything back! Never crashed Address like this before - this is a disaster! any help?
