Please let me know in more details why you cannot convert your Word file to PDF file.
Below are steps how to convert Word file to PDF:
Using Web UI
Log into https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and password
Select “Convert to PDF”
Click “Select Files” button then choose your file
Click “Download” button in the progress bar after completion of the process to download the PDF file to your computer.
Using Adobe Reader:
Launch Adobe Reader X or Reader XI
Select “Tools” and click “Sign In” link to sign in with your Adobe ID and password
Select “Create PDF” then click “Select File” button
Click “Convert” after select your file
Click “Download Converted File” to download the PDF file to your computer.
Note: All converted files are stored at https://files.acrobat.com and you can login with your Adobe ID and password.
Or at Web UI you can click “FILES” next to “TOOLS” at top or click “View All files” in the file list of “Export from PDF” tool( or “Convert to PDF” or “Combine Files” tools for PDF Pack users) that will redirect you to the above site(https://files.acrobat.com)

    I’m writing to contest a $29.99 monthly charge, which is contracted for 24 months amounting to $720 in total. The charge is for a data plan which I did not knowingly agree to, and verizon is unwilling to remove from the account even though the phone on the line does NOT use data.
    The backstory of the issue:
    On September 19, 2014 I waited in line at an Apple store to purchase a new iPhone on launch day.  I opened a new basic line of service for $9.99 a month on my account so I could purchase a discounted phone from Verizon. When purchasing the phone, the representative explained that he was going to have to put a basic data package on the line for $15 a month, but that it would be removed once I transferred the phone to an existing line on the account.  After the purchase was complete, we transferred the phone to an exisitng line, and the represented confirmed that the data package would not be charged to my account and therefore I would only have to pay $9.99 a month for the basic line of service for two years. A couple weeks pass and I receive my bill, I notice that the data plan is still listed on my account and has also increased to $29.99 a month!  I call Verizon to see what is going on, they tell me that they have just implemented a new policy that states if I purchased a smart phone on a basic account and then transfer the phone to a differnt line that I will have to pay $29.99 a month for data even if the new phone that is currently on the line does not use data! I told them I was not informed of this, and was actually told the complete opposite when signing up for service.  They refuse to remove the data package, and will not let me cancel the account without charging  me $350.  The representative on the phone said that the representative in the store was a sales person and most likely did not have the training to inform them of the new policy change, and that they could not honor what he told me.
    I should be able to rely on and trust what a Verizon wireless representative is telling me, I was not aware of the new policy and did not knowingly agree to this policy. And in that case, I would like to point out that I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years humbly request that you clear this $29.99 monthly charge from my account as a gesture of good faith.
    I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with verizon trying to get this resolved to no avail. I have also filed a complaint with the attorney generals office, and plan to persue this until it is fully resolved.

    This agreement and the documents it incorporates form the entire agreement between us. You can't rely on any other documents, or on what's said by any Sales or Customer Service Representatives, and you have no other rights regarding Service or this agreement.
    They gotcha! And that policy change was listed here and other places on the net.
    Its either pay that or the early termination fees.
    Verizon will not grant you a mistake forgiveness clause.
    If they do it for you they would have to do it for everyone.

  • Just signed up for service so I can edit pdfs

    I just signed up and paid what was supposed to be $1.99 a month and may have somehow been changed on me to $8 a month.  It's supposed to be a way for me to edit pdfs. But now that I'm signed up I can't figure out how to do it.  When I try, it just keeps asking me to subscribe again. I am getting very frustrated!
    I have Adobe Reader X and if I try try to edit a pdf, a sidebar pops up saying i can sign up to be able to do it but it's just not working.

    Im curious, I've been using LR5 for about 2 months and I just signed up for creative cloud.  I want to make sure that I get all new product updates as they come available.  Should I uninstall my current version of LR5 and reinstall it from Creative Cloud? Thank you for your help

    If you selected open a new Apple ID account, go back a step and enter use existing Apple ID.
    You will have to set up a separate iCloud account or your iPads will mirror each other.

    If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
    If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again.

    If the iTunes Store has replied to your request and told you that they cannot refund your money, then yes, I'm afraid you're out of luck as regards this purchase. To prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPhone. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately.     Adobe Reader is free; it does not require a subscription.
    Did you subscribe to an online service like ExportPDF, PDF Pack, ...?
    What exactly does "not work" mean?

    Using Adobe Export PDF, you can export PDF files to Word document (.docx and .doc),  Excel document (.xlsx), Powerpoint document (.pptx), Rich Text Format document (.rtf) and Image (.jpg, .tiff, .png). In order to convert to PDF, you need to either purchase PDF Pack (Reliably Create PDFs, Convert PDFs, & Merge PDFs Online | Adobe PDF Pack) or Adobe Acrobat XI (PDF creator, create PDF | Adobe Acrobat XI).

    Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

    Ive had to reboot my Apple TV before I had the option to enable iTunes Match but it did not see my music library. I tried a second reboot and it still says my music library is empty.     I'm having same problem in develop module which is laggy as hell compared to LR5.8
    Library module is fine but develop module is slow as hell....5 seconds to make ANY adjustment.
