I was printing last night and my HP6500 all-in-one started blinking like crazy and now even the test print page wont print. Control panel says it's fine, which obviously it's NOT.
Any ideas?
Yikes...a 200 error...while the official KB for that is not presently available, the usual fix is to reload your OS...something during the update did not go right.

when I start Firefox, it just blinks like crazy and won't do anything. I have gotten a message reading that Firefox is already running. internet explorer still is working

Can't remember if it started before or after I deleted macafee and added norton or notI have this problem too: when I have used and shut down FF and then try to start it again, I get the message that FF is still running, while it's not. Using Windows task manager, I can see that the process is in fact still running. In order to startup startup FF again, I have to end this process manually. This problem is really annoying since I open and close FF several times a day. I run Windows 7.

My MacBook Pro was stolen last night. I need the serial number. It is not showing up on my devices list. My iPads and iPhones are. I have used it to to sync my phones and pads as well having it registered with apple. Any thoughts? Thanks

SIgn in with your Apple ID, the same one you used to access this support forum.
Hopefully, you will see a list of all the devices you registered with your Apple ID, including their serial numbers. Let me know how this works out.
Edit to add: If you enabled "find my imac" on your Pro, you ought to be able to remotely lock it, or even wipe its memory. Click http://www.icloud.com/ sign in with your Apple ID and click the big green "find my iPhone" icon (nevermind the name, it will find all your devices provided they're running Lion or iOS 5).
Then file a police report and nail the b*****d. -
my iPhone was stolen last night and I'm trying to recover all my photos from that phone and get them on my mac laptop. The iCloud photo stream only imported 1,000 photos from my stolen phone. How can I retrieve all of my other photos?
You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.

My iphone5 was stolen last night. It is offline and I am trying to track it. Icloud states that it will show a grey circle if it is offline and a green one if it is online. It is offline and it will display nothing except a picture of a phone indicating that it is offline. Not helpful at all. Any suggestions on how to locate the phone or at least the losers who stole it from my pocketbook.
Actually it is very helpful. First it tells you that two possible scenarios happened.
1. iphone ran out of battery.
2. iphone was stolen by someone who knows how to disable connection to service (just by turning it off or otherwise)
Second is more likely if you went to icloud.com fast enough. In that case we pretty soon are going to see another person here asking Apple to unlock "legitimately" purchased phone from eBay or pawn shop. And in that case recovery of your phone is very unlikely. So go report it to police to increase chances of recovery, just in case they turn up in legit pawn shop and move on. Good luck. -
I purchased an ipad for my husband in 12/2011 - it was stolen last night and i can't find the receipt with insurance and warranty.
The warraty doesn't cover lost or stolen.

No. The SN will only identify the iPod as your IF the iPod is recovered
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

All e-mail in one of my accounts after 2/25 is not viewable -- although it was working last night.
This morning I can't view any e-mail received after 2/25. It was working last night, and I was able to read all e-mail in that account. I have re-stared T-bird, and then I also rebooted. Neither worked.
