I was registered on my mac, but now I'm using my windows site and couldn't download the software from the creative cloud

So at first I started the student teacher edition on my Mac side, but now I'm using my windows site and trying to download it again from adobe creative cloud, but it only gave me the trial version. Now it has expired and I have no access to all my software. Help pls?

I have the same issues.  I keep getting a "network error" even though my connections are fine.  I have installed Bootcamp fine on another Macbook, but am having major issues with my brand new one.  I have read the support forums where they say to keep trying because the servers are notoriously slow, but this seems a little ridiculous.  Hope I can get some help as well.
