Clearly you can not update 10.9 if you do not have 10.9
It is very easy to find, it is in the App Store as the picture I posted earlier displays. Follow the same instructions. If you can't then use THIS LINK which will take you there.
The current version of 10.9 is 10.9.5 and that is what you will get. -

The searching is searching for your cell phone providor... without that being connect you will not be able to use your phone or text messages... try turning on Airplane mode for 30 seconds and turning it back off to see if it reboots the providor search.

Your text is not clear: you wish to connect to the internet, and you cannot do that? or you want to share your internet connection, to be used by other computers, and you do not know how to do this?
The title of your thread indicates the latter (this is the meaning of share), but your text rather indicates the former situation.
In order to share net, you must first mac connected to the net up and running, but I understand you did not get to that point, right?

You may have installed one of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked

Are you trying to do this from the phone, or via iTunes? If it is not working on the phone, try a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. Try the update again. You might also want to connect the device to the computer and iTunes and try to update from there.

m using firefox 3.6.15 in that when i go to click on new tab it is not working even also from file option.. n i reinstalled the same then also having the same problem kindly solve this problem and suggest me other good browsers..Do you have the Ask toolbar, this has caused this problem for many people. If you do have the Ask toolbar, uninstall it and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
