I was syncing my ipod (1st gen) while downloading an update to Itunes and now i get the sad ipod icon...can someone help me out or explain how to get it fixed? cause the Apple STore is acting weird and I don't know what to do
basically the title says it all...I've been using this for the longest time and now after i was syncing the ipod while downloading an update for Itunes the sad face ipod icon shows up and everything i try won't fix it. I'm wondering if anyone knows how they can help me fix it...please!
The Sad face icon is usually a very good indication of a hardware malfunction or failure usually with the iPod's Hard Drive, which would also explain the loud clicking noise you are hearing.

why can't i sign in in the apple store using my apple id? but from the itunes application in my computer which i downloaded, i can use my apple id to sign in...and while opening my apple store in my phone it appears blank..i don't know what happened?
It's a straightforward port-forwarding issue.
You need to forward ports to the internal ip address of your apple tv as follows:
TCP 123
TCP 3689
UDP 5353
TCP 80
TCP 4343
TCP 53
This may also solve other problems you may have with homesharing... -

You have not provided enough info to really help. How fast is fast?
What shows it will not stay charged?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

i plugged in my ipod and now i get the error message: Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled" - i have a MAcBook pro and now my USB ports do not work - can anyone help me ???
Sometimes you have to reset the SMC two or three times for it to work, don't know why. I've seen that error message before and 100% of the time it was fixed with an SMC reset. I suppose it's possible that your keyboard or mouse IS drawing too much power, do you have access to another you could try?

There's a black and white striped glitch on the left side of my screen on my Macbook Air! Its happened before and has been an easy fix, usually just restart or turn off my computer but don't know what else to do. Is there anything I can try now? I cannot install my ipod to my computer. Says something about the device driver. I did not get it new either and so have no info about it. And I have never used one before and have no friends who have either. Can someone help me?

- I would start with
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Okay; more details. I have account A with Main adress email No1, and as rescue adress email No2.
Then, I have an account B with Main adress email No3, and as rescue adress email No4.
I want to change Account A to have email No4 as Main adress, but it does not let me as Adress No4 is already used in account B.
So; I try to change the rescue adresses.
When I connect to accoun A, I see all the options explained, and I can change the rescue adress. But when I connect to Account B, I do not see the same options in the "Security and password" section. Therefore; I cannot change the rescue amail. Can someone help ???Call Apple Care for your country and request that they assist you in resetting the security questions.
To authorize/deauthorize a computer, go to the Store dropdown menu in the iTunes app. -
